As a builder and maintenance repair company. I just seen a commercial on tv on how polite their staff is. I've shopped there and spent alot of money, I have never gotten a hello ever, when I've entered the stores. The tall bald guy at the Peterborough store has a written attitude. Not a pleasant experience at all!!!

Hired them to install vynal plank flooring in my kitchen and hallway. From start to finish, very professional with choice, measurement, and purchase. The two technicians who installed the floor were also professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. Even saved me close to $1000 over the big box store price. I love it!

They really need to expand their hours. Had a home plumbimg emergency and had to drive all the way to Keene to Home Depot. What kind of hardware store is closed on Sundays???

Can't give it 3 stars but I live in Jaffrey and if I'm in a bind and don't what to drive 40 min to keene. Home depot. It works. Just very expensive. But its convenient..Just under stand its a convenient Store .you pay high for what u get.

Did a dlvry in their warehouse ( 440 squantum rd) about 3miles from this location. Mostly semi dlvries r at warehouse specially canadian trucks.Guy at warehouse was fast nd frndly.1-2 trucks can park outside of warehouse for overnight also

Great service in the store. Every time an employee has helped me in the lumber yard they have tried to sneak in the worst junk they can possibly find. Doesn’t matter if it’s foam board or bags of cement. I don’t have time to wast a trip back every time someone slips me some junk product while I’m not paying perfect attention.
