Great service, great price, great atmosphere. The workers there finished there jobs in perfect time and the people who I spoke too were wonderfully polite. The lounge was full of amenities that I appreciated and was very inviting. I will be working more with zaks auto in the future and I suggest you should too.

Sketchy, awful place. Ruined the engine on our car, and the owner won’t do anything about it. We now have a totaled car and a bill for a service that gave us no benefit thanks to them!!

I am very pleased with experience at Zaks Auto;my car is running Great again. The technician did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issues and Julia was a pleasure to work with and kept me posted on the status each time my car was in the shop.

I reached out to Zaks via the online form because it is a Dinan dealer and I wanted an exhaust for my new-to-me GR Supra. I was pleasantly surprised when Jake provided an estimate, took a deposit, and ordered the exhaust for me *all online*. Once the exhaust had a delivery date, Jake quickly scheduled me for an appointment.
At the shop, the well designed waiting area/coffee bar allowed me to work remotely during my appointment. When they ran into a hiccup (needing new hangers due to the junky exhaust setup the last owner installed) that I probably should have anticipated myself before hand, Jake quickly ordered the parts for overnight delivery and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The parts came the next day and they finished the install. Checkout was just as smooth as ordering/setting the appointment, thanks to Julia.
The exhaust looks and sounds amazing, but I'm probably more impressed by the service I received and the general vibe of the shop and the people that work there; it was customer-for-life level stuff. It also doesn't hurt that the parking lot is basically a car show!

We had a miscommunication at first time.
But then Jake was very helpful and took care of my car. I`m still testing drive but is notable the difference on my car. Torque is amazing now!!!
