Way understaffed the pharmacy is closed on weekends and has bankers hours during the week. Go elsewhere.

It's not the employees it's the organization. Having been understaffed for way too long they are in a total state of disarray. Common sense is not the operative word... It's excuse after excuse. You didn't ship the order, you ask, the assistant starts typing away over and over. You finally ask is it in the store (the Rx) you ask? The response is "I'm checking the shipments". I suggest just check if it's here. "Forget it" is the response. It was still in the store even though the app was saying it was being shipped. Obviously it wasn't and it was already paid for. So Rx is sitting now on the counter on the other side of the glass but they won't give it to me because they don't believe I paid for even though I show them the transaction. Yeah on and on it went while the line behind me grew waiting for bad service and overpricing. Mt Rx should have been $0 but I was charged $23 plus. So, my advice ..... STAY AWAY.

We use Walgreens to obtain prints of our photos. Their website is super convenient and easy to use. Today, however, our first prints came out too dark. But the Walgreens folks were really good about helping us redo the photos with different shading/contrast. Many thanks to Anthony, the sales associate, and Rowan, the manager.

Don't show up automatically for Rx DURING posted pharmacy hours...still may be no pharmacist. Terrible trying to get someone on the phone - feel like I'm in a loop. TERRIBLE

I usually don't write review but the service at this location is just gotten very bad. A prescription gets called in on a Friday. Monday I call for status an get a message saying it being worked on and I will get a call when it is available. Don't hear back by Tuesday morning so I go over Tuesday afternoon and they tell me they are out of the medicine is might be in by Thursday. At the same time another medicine I was told by their automated call answering service last week was in progress wasn't filled either. They did have this one and filled it while I waited.On several occasions I gone to pick up prescription and they haven't contacted the insurance company so they tell me the med is full price. When I as what has happened they fix the problem is about minute. Why wasn't this done to being with?They had an issue where they closed the pharmacy for 3 days or so with a sign they would be open on Monday. I go Monday morning to again to pick up a prescription and it is still closed with the same sign. On Tuesday I go and they are open so I has what happen on Monday and they tell me in a bit of a huff it was open Monday.

So very disappointed with the help at the pharmacy. Needed to fill a prescription and am a client of CVS. They were out of my med so called Walgreens to see if they had it. Was told they did so they called CVS to get the script to fill it. Days went by and no word. Called Walgreens back and they had not filled it and were planning to fill with the generic. I can’t take the generic so just asked them to send the script back to CVS. Waited a week and CVS had not filled the prescription. Called them only to find Walgreens never sent the script back. So I’m still without the med 3 weeks down the road. Thankfully I had enough of the original to get me through. Do not recommend Walgreens. ?

Was in the other night doing some errands and was at the front of the store when I heard a customer berate the cashier because of their aggravation with the pharmacy, yes they are having problems with staffing like everyone else but it has nothing to do with the employees just trying to do their job and at the same time, Elaina, another employee, was getting grief from someone it is out of their control Elaina is always very helpful and pleasant and the young girls just starting really don't deserve the treatment I saw from customers they are doing the best they can under the circumstances lf you want to make a change call the corporate office and see what they do to help you and the few employees that are left there.This the season to be nice not cruel.Happy Holidays

Pharmacy is RIDICULOUS!!! Hours are at THEIR convenience. Closed EVERY SUNDAY. Today I needed a prescription refilled for my husband who is receiving chemo treatments. I called the pharmacy - sat on hold for 40 minutes to then hear they were going to LUNCH and to CALL BACK later and was then disconnected. Called later for the same meds and was told that they were closing this day at 5:00 PM It was a TUESDAY!!! Prescriptions are NEVER ready for PU. Even with a pre-call for a prescription, I waited 45 minutes in line for it to be ready. Not the first time for them being closed randomly and having to drive to the next town to get it filled. Today was the last straw! I'm ALL DONE with this Walgreen's location and will take our business elsewhere!!! Go anywhere else for your medications and prescriptions!

Absolutely not. CVS may be more expensive, but at least they're somewhat competent. Holy cow what an awful company Walgreen's is. I never imagined such shoddy business practices. Shameful.

Seems like the pharmacy is closed now- not sure why or when it will reopen. There is nothing on their web site. Will ask a clerk when I go in today. Seems like they are not very good at communication in an area where people can't just go somewhere else at the drop of a hat.

Place needs help, so short handed and some of the ones they do have are to new to know to much. The only constant is Elaina and I thank God she is still there she is wonderful, never stops, I hope they realize how lucky they are to have her.

Wrong scripts!! Automatic phone call telling me the scripts were ready when they were not, d*** as a stump employees in the pharmacy. I moved my scripts to Sams.
