I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, the handling of my expensive package was careless, and the support provided after they lost my package was utterly inadequate. I strongly advise choosing a different service provider, as this one failed to deliver on every level. Zero stars if possible.

Used their digital fingerprint service after I got an appointment via Printscan. Staff was knowledgeable and the system was clean with dummy proof instructions. Quite happy they offer this service, just wish it was further north. Two hour drive one way. Worth it though.

I do not have a mailbox here, but I have had packages delivered here several times, usually from China. This time, however, they did not recognize the name and sent the package back to China. They should have at least waited several days before sending the package back. I was out of town at the time and could not contact them. They said I should have called to let them know to expect a package. I haven't had to call in the past, but I actually did call a few days before the package arrived to check on it, but they still sent it back.Not recommended.
