EDIT!! The owner Tom Walsh literally called my phone after I put up this review and essentially calling me a moron so I told him i was going to be bringing the truck to another place. At 6 that night I got a call from a random number, saying that i was going to get "handled when I least expect it." I told Tom I knew it was him because I literally talked to him on the phone like 3 times. He then proceeded to tell me that my uncles truck is a POS and he literally wanted to fight me. Initially I told him aaa would be taking itand he said "no i have your keys come get them" expecting me to go to his shop and fight him. That is by far and away the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered from a business owner.. He called my work and started harassing the employees on my day off.. I have screenshots and audio recordings to back all of this up too. STAY AWAY!! I'm going to try to remain as objective as possible but I am in the middle of talking to the police about this. I am a service advisor for a dealership and I have an 01 f350 7.3 but the place I work at is a Nissan dealer and dealer techs just go by the book, I needed a diesel specialist. So I contacted Tom in late January about my truck. This was my uncles truck who passed away suddenly, so it has sentimental value as well. Let him know what was going on and by the end of the conversation I was calling him man, dude, bro, all the names because that's how well the initial conversation went. There was going to be a snow storm and he needed space on the lot so I didn't end up getting it towed until Fri Feb 5th. On that day he said he would have the truck looked at and have at least the no-start issue fixed. I get absolutely no answer so on Thursday, Feb 11th i texted him politely asking what was up. No answer. So I text again on Friday the 12th..hadn't even looked at it yet said he would do it that day. Its now Monday the 15th at 1pm and he is not answering his phone at all. 10 days and he hasn't even pulled it into the shop. He's over promising and under delivering big time. I'm literally going to spend over $10k and he hasn't shown the slightest bit of customer service. Its a holiday today so I'm giving him until tomorrow to get me my truck or I'm going to the police. If he is closed today that is terrible communication and why wouldn't you bring a phone home that receives work texts? Guys do yourself a favor and type in diesel engine repair nh and 15-20 other more than qualified companies will pop up.

I typically don't leave bad reviews, especially since businesses have to hustle to make things work, and are taking a risk just to offer us services. I also want to say that if you're NOT in a bind, and you need a good mechanic, and don't care about time of repair as much, he could be okay for you. However, my job was so incredibly neglected, and I was so disrespected, it ended up costing me close to $2,000 in car rental fees, plus losses not having my truck to run my business, and a mechanic yelling at me when I took my unexamined truck back after a week. I don't mind long wait times if the mechanic is up front about how booked they are, or if it's a hefty job. To be fair, the owner did say that he was very busy, but he understood that I was renting vehicles, and he said he would be able to handle my job.I called him after 2 days without a response (no diagnosis or anything), and I had to visit his shop because they don't answer the phone, and they reply to emails long after they are sent. When I arrived, he told me that he was going to get to it. I asked him if it was an inconvenience, since he had a lot of work, and he reassured me that it's not an inconvenience for him. I offered to take it back if it was 'in his way,' but he insisted to keep it. I thanked him, chatted with him briefly. He's a very friendly guy.By the end of the week, I came back for a visit, and he didn't even diagnose my vehicle. It sat in the same spot the entire time. When I visited, he said that he confirmed what I was concerned about (which was a total lie because it was in the same exact spot in his yard), and he still didn't even have a thorough diagnosis, it was just broad like 'something's wrong with the fuel pressure,' and he BSed me about some new line product that we may be able to use for it. He said it was going into the garage in one hour for work.2 days after that, it never was brought into the garage (another lie) and I explained to him how much money I was losing, and that I can take the keys back if he won't get to it. Again, he insisted to keep it, and me being an idiot, I said ok. The next day I realized how foolish I was being to trust this guy after being lied to, and after a week of financial losses not having my money maker. I called in, left a message saying "I'm sorry but I need to pick up my keys and truck." He emailed back almost immediately "I'll leave them in the gas door" since he's technically closed saturday. I thought by "gas door" he meant gas side door, so when I got there, I didn't see the keys where I thought they would be, and walked into his shop to ask them where they were. He started yelling at me that they're in the gas door, and stormed out of his garage and angrily showed me where he put them (not a passenger door my mistake), but his rage and anger for my misunderstanding, especially after leaving me out to dry, was so unprofessional, and so upsetting. I think his upset has to do with how busy he is, and how unable to manage his business besides the technical work. I don't recommend him for anyone in a bind. If you have a bigger job, like rebuilding a whole vehicle, and don't need it done ASAP, I bet he'd be a better fit for you.
