“I came into Charlie’s shop a few weeks ago after making the mistake of buying most of the things I needed to get started from one of the big box stores online. Charlie graciously agreed to help me get my reel set up correctly and invited myself and another customer that was also getting started out to come back the next day for instruction. After taking the opportunity, I was blown away with the time he took out spending with us, teaching us all the basics and arming us with what we needed to go out and begin to enjoy the sport! I’ll definitely be taking up the opportunity to go out with one of the guides and will be going back when it is time to purchase more gear or when it’s time to upgrade. Highly recommend!”

“Bruised is such an amazing skate shop. Everyone who works there is super helpful, kind and knowledgeable about all things skate. They also have my favorite mini ramp ever. You have to book a time slot to use the ramp. There is a link on their web page that says book ramp. This ramp is great beginners and they also offer classes.”

“I was recently in New Hampshire visiting my sister Serena Williams, no relation, and her new husband. She’s on this new health kick, which I do not see lasting, but she insisted that she go shopping for new athletic clothes with me because she wanted my opinion, as if I know anything about fashion Lol.! She took me to this ASICS. I was apprehensive at first because I didn’t even know what an ASIC was, but the place was lovely. However, my whole experience was absolutely made by worker Tana. After my sister went off to the female athletics section, Tana rescued me when I could not find the pair of tennis shoes that I liked in my size. This happens often because stores usually do not display my small size, but Tana blew me away in this particular instance with her affinity for customer service. It only took a jiff for her to find them. She was extremely helpful and said many interesting things. She told me that I had great taste when I had picked out my shoes. It made my day! Not to mention the deal I got on the shoes! I was so pleased with how they felt, as well as with Tanaa’s politeness, that I got a second pair for when it rains. If I am ever in the area again, I will certainly be returning to this outlet.”

They have a large selection of all things Sports. Don't worry about customer service when none of our kids want to work these days like we used to back in the day. Dick's like all retail stores do the best they can. People need to be kinder and more patient. :-)”
