I came in today looking for TRails because I’m not a good golfer, but after spending 20 minutes of his time in the fitting bay with me, Adam made a couple of tweaks to my grip and I started flushing it. “My plate snapped at practice last Thursday, about a week before my roller derby team’s last sanctioned game of the season. The Pilot Falcons are out of stock practically everywhere that would ship quickly enough, so I ordered at Bruised Boutique and called the next morning (in a bit of a panic).
I spoke with Casey and explained the situation. They found a pair in stock and packed them up to ship literally in 30 minutes! They were mailed out that afternoon and arrived Tuesday, in plenty of time for the game (and even our pre-game dress rehearsal!) ?

“I came into Charlie’s shop a few weeks ago after making the mistake of buying most of the things I needed to get started from one of the big box stores online. Charlie graciously agreed to help me get my reel set up correctly and invited myself and another customer that was also getting started out to come back the next day for instruction. After taking the opportunity, I was blown away with the time he took out spending with us, teaching us all the basics and arming us with what we needed to go out and begin to enjoy the sport! I’ll definitely be taking up the opportunity to go out with one of the guides and will be going back when it is time to purchase more gear or when it’s time to upgrade. Highly recommend!”

Visiting Lids to have embroidery done is a 50/50 toss up - either someone can't do it and they'll tell you up front, or they do it and it's not good ..or you get exactly what you want and Mike nails it every time.
Mike covers many store in the area. His service is unmatched. I hope that he's being adequately compensated by Lids. He has a skill set that is rare and deserves special recognition.
