I went there to get some routine medication at the pharmacy, my local pharmacy did not have. As for the club itself, I did not get anything else on this trip. But, I have bought chips, candy bars and other snacks for some vending machines I own. Prices are not bad, but I wish they were lower.
My biggest gripe with the place is having to show your card for in my opinion a useless reason. Other wholesale clubs (such as BJ’s) don’t do it.

What a horrible experience!
I need tires for my car that has 20" stock rims and Sam's website has my car listed with 19" rims. You can't purchase tires online and have them installed in the store unless you also buy the install online.
So after multiple calls with the global tire center for Sam's, which employs people who barely speak english, trying to tell them they are listing the wrong tires for my car (to which they said they basically didn't care, oh well, nothing can do about it, they aren't changing the website), I finally got in touch with the tire center at the store after multiple calls and call backs and waiting on hold forever.
The guy at the club told me to look online, figure out the tires I need and another car that takes them and buy those with a different car than mine listed. So I did. I found that my car takes 235/55R20 102V tires (also printed on my physical tires) and that Goodyear Assurance Maxlife is the correct tire I need based on ALL the other tire pickers on the internet. So I order that tire, but for a Blazer, which also takes them.
A week goes by, I get the email that they are in. Call the store multiple times to book my install, finally get the tire counter guy on the phone, tell him I have an Infiniti and not a Blazer, but that's the tire I need. He is like "ok no problem, I have an appointment next week"
I show up for my appointment that has now taken me over 2 weeks to get to... and the guy at the counter refused to install the tires for me. He claims that he can't put the wrong tire on my car, I told him that the 19" tires listed for my car are wrong and he then mansplains to me that I must have the wrong size rims on my car. Well, tire man... the car came with these rims, so I'm pretty sure they are the right size. I know I'm a just a chick, but I know these are 20" rims. This dude thinks I'M the idiot here. He wouldn't even go look at the tires on my car or the stick on my door to see that the 19" tires that were listed on the site are flat out WRONG.
He said I could buy the tires and leave with them but they would have no warranty.
So my membership needed to be renewed and guess what sams club?? You're not getting another membership renewal out of me! I'm all done with your club.
All of this could have been avoided and I would have new tires on my car today if you 1) listed the correct tire for my car or 2) your guys told me straight up during the FIRST call that they wouldn't install them even if I bought the right ones for my car.

05/06/24-6:17 I stopped by for a Hot Dog combo. The cafe was not busy. The pizza looked like it had been sitting there most of the day. The hot dog buns were colder than usual.
The lady on duty spoke Spanish. We exchanged a few words until she got upset when I said I was Mexican. She made me uncomfortable and I wasn't Mexican because I was born here in the U.S. If it wasn't for a manager who stopped by I don't know what her next word was going to be.
As for the store, it was clean. Not too busy for a weekday. I've not been back since my experience.
I now go to Costco and avoid being worried about the nasty lady working or not. It shouldn't matter where I learned my Spanish.
The 3 ? rating is for the rest of the store. I believe it's fair.

Love shopping here especially with my app. So much easier checking myself out, no wait in long cashier's line. Gas prices are excellent.

I loved Sams club and used them for years, prices are great, good quality items. Most products are a few dollars cheaper than BJs.
Good customer service, employees are nice, everything is organized well. Good sales, bathroom needs better hygiene.
Plenty of parking, and gas station is conveniently located next door. Website is built well, nicely updated, easy to navigate.Scan and go feature is great!
BUT the fact that they make you pay $110 for a membership in order for you to get curbside pick up really sucks.
When you have little kids is very convenient not to have to go inside to shop, however you cannot get this feature with the basic $50 card. If you want to get curbside pickup with the basic membership, you must pay an additional fee PER ORDER!
To make matters even worse, additionally I also had an elite Sams club CREDIT/MASTER CARD through Syncroni bank (not just a member card) and after I cancelled my Sams membership every time I paid off my balance they reduced my available credit limit? When I paid off my card completely my available balance went down to “$0” ? Never seen that in my life. Is almost like they are taking vengeance on me for ending my membership with them. Very messed up!
Overall, if you don't mind shopping inside, just get the basic membership. And DO NOT get the credit card lol. Sams is definitely better than BJs
