My recent visit to the Rite Aid Store @ 71 Lowell Rd., was verypleasant. The staff were very pleasant and eager to help me find some items I needed to buy. The pharmacy staff were kind and made sure I would not be waiting for long.

Don’t call and say medication is ready for 2 consecutive days and then when you show up tell you they are working on it and keep you there for 45 minutes to let you know meds are not there we have to order them why they ever closed the other location is beyond me but they always had my orders ready.I love my pharmacy but they are way behind

Not very happy. After inquiring 3 times since 212 Lowell Road closed last month, to make sure all transfers were good. Going today to pick up a due script, and they tell me it needs to be resent. I had asked 3 ti es about this one medication and NOBODY in charge knew? This has messed up my day and now that it's been resent, and I called and now a considerable amount of time has past and its still not filled. I will be changing to another pharmacy, because this situation is not my fault and I can't wait I have to go out of town and the pharmacy is causing me to loose several hundred bucks because they're too slow when it's a problem that THEY caused

Nice store, friendly people (I haven't used the pharmacy). I started coming here instead of WalMart or Target. Rite Aid has what I need. Toiletries,medicine, random house stuff and snacks. And a register that's always open.

Pharmacy staff are rude. They will not give you a pick up date...instead they ask how many pills you have left?? How is that any of their business? Just tell me when my meds are available to be picked up. Hudson nh store

Took my daughter for her booster shot. We had an appointment. When the pharmacist called us we got up and began walking to the room where injections were given and apparently we were not walking fast enough for him hbecauae he told us to hurry up because other people were waiting. Mind you we had waited 10 mins for him to be ready . We get into the room and he rudely tells me to leave the room to which I respond she is a minor u know that rite? Then he tells me to stand at the door with attitude again so I tell him he is being very rude to which he responds do u want the vaccine or not! Unfortunately CVS does not take our insurance so I have to stay and let her get the shot. After all was done I told him he needed to work on his bedside manor and we left. I would not recommend coming here for any vaccines. The pharmacist is extremely rude and is lacking bedside manor. , It appears that he is unhappy that he has to give COVID vaccines. Maybe he should look for a new job.

This is the best drug store. We go by other rite aids to come to this store. They are the BEST! Great layout and great people.

I usually never have an issue here. I shop here often and had noticed on a few receipts that I cleaned out from my purse that I've been secretly getting charged to round up without my consent. I have never been asked to round up or even prompted to do so on the screen for my card payment. I'm not gonna do anything about it now because it's only 90 cents at a time but more than likely not going to choose this place to shop.

I go in here just about everyday. Cashiers are nice and the pharmacy people are great as well.

Had to pay an extra $47 for my script because the person working the cashier's desk did not know how to put coupon codes into the computer as he said he was new. He asked the pharmacist for help and the pharmacist said to come back in an hour. I want to add that the person working the cashiers desk was friendly and this was not their fault.
