I wasn’t expecting to receive the level of service that I received. I met with Mr. Sean Campbell, regarding a Handicap van for my wife. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite to both of us. We never felt rushed. He went above and beyond. He made us feel like we are family. If you are in the market for a handicap vehicle you can’t go wrong with Sean. I honestly cannot say enough great things about our buying experience at New England Motor Car. Craig Clark took great care of us. He truly listened to our needs (and my many wants) and he magically made it happen. He made what started out as a disappointing time (needing a wheelchair van) into a great adventure. We are so happy with our 2022 Honda Odyssey van, which only had 7000 miles (or was it 6?) and tons of bells and whistles.
If you need a mobility van, you will be treated like family here!

We had an excellent experience with Craig at New England Motor Car (NEMC) Company. My sisters and I were looking to purchase a wheelchair van for my parents. We spoke with several dealers and found a van that was a good fit for us at NEMC. Craig was helpful, considerate, and accommodating given our needs, budget, and constraints. We are located in MA and he helped us understand what purchasing a car in NH would entail. Finally, when we had planned to bring the car home my mother was hospitalized unexpectedly. Craig drove the van down to MA, brought the paperwork to the hospital bed, and made an additional trip to drop off a different set of wheelchair restraints. Wow! He was such a great help and so easy to work with during a difficult family time, and for a purchase that was so critical for my parents. Highly, highly, recommend.

This was the first time Dealing with Craig Clark and New England Ambulance Sales. I am extremely satisfied with all he has done to help us buy too brand new ambulances and I could not be happier with the units.
