Towed my car , acted very cool but then was unresponsive when I wanted to make payments , didn’t answer phone calls . It seemed like he wanted to hold my vehicle as long as possible so he could get as much money as possible!

Appears to be a one man operation, run by Steve.My wife's car had been towed to the JS site following a very serious accident. I called Steve the following day, and told him I was going to pick up some personal items and the license plates from the vehicle. He told me he would be there and remove the plates for me. The vehicle was not at the business address when I arrived, and I could not find Steve, or even an office. I called the number on the sign, and Steve answered. He was on the road and said he would be back in a while. When I asked Steve where the vehicle was, he told me it was on an adjacent street a short distance away. I was able to find it, but unable to retrieve the plates, because I did not bring any tool. My Insurance adjuster had to go there, to determine the extent of damage, and again, Steve wasn't there. The adjuster also wanted to get the vehicle brought to a secure facility, but was unable to accomplish that until about a week after, because Steve was giving him the run around. I guess the Insurance company had to pay a certain fee per day for Steve to store the vehicle, so that was his main incentive all along.Follow up calls by me, and the adjuster, to get in touch with Steve, always went unanswered.This is a totally dishonest, and unprofessional way to run a business. Avoid JS Towing if you can, and if not, be aware of how Steve operates.

After reading the reviews I’m shocked to see the bad ones. Are you sure you got the right place? On the very first phone call Steve a very witty, funny gentleman answered the phone. Very funny yet professional in accommodating my next day need for a Uhual. I reserved it for 10am and called him to let him know it would be 11 am and apologized for my tardiness. Not only did he wait for me he offered me the BEST Uhual I have ever experienced and I’ve put a lot of miles on these trucks. I had a brand new Uhual with only 1,315 miles. By FAR the BEST customer service and Uhual experience ever. Steve, thank you. I will never go anywhere else. You’re a great man! Thank YOU!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I Called multiple times each time they said they would take care of it. 2 weeks later I used a different company. They never called me back and after a while didn't take my phone calls.

I arrived at 9:00am for my scheduled pickup for a Uhaul trailer and the place doesn't open until 9:30. No one showed at 9:30, so I called the Uhaul number and no one answered. I called the towing service and the guy said he'd be there in 15 minutes. When he showed, he just told me to hook up to the trailer and he would bill me and email me the receipt. When I went to turn in the trailer, the drop off point told me the reservation was canceled. Worst experience I've had with a Uhaul location. Definitely need to work on customer service at that location...

Guy took money outta my account and played d*** with me about it saying he had no clue! Definitely will NEVER EVER use him! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE HE'S A JOKE! IF I COULD GIVE HIM NO STARS I WOULD OF! VERY DISAPPOINTED! VERY UNRELIABLE!

BEWARE ,This place robbed my young teen daughter out of her hard earned money. Her vehicle got towed by this place and kept given her the run around just to charge extra for storage!!! A -star should be the proper rating.

Used JS Towing Connection to pick up a U-HAUL as my work was moving offices. Honestly could not have gone smoother. Loved the service and Steve was very nice even though he was a Yankees fan haha. Don't know why all the complaints! Nothing but great service from my experience. Would definitely recommend JS Towing Connection to anyone in need of a U-HAUL! I'll probably be back again soon to grab a U-HAUL to help my move into my new apartment!
