Went there as a walk-in. Was told 30 minutes no problem a few customers ahead of me. Was there for an hour waiting 10:24-11:24 while someone called over the phone to place an appointment. Said customer comes in and still gets taken before me needless to say I left and did not get my haircut.

I have been going here for years. During my last visit, I had to overhear the person cutting my hair discuss with others what I assume to be coworkers who were taking time off. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to say the least. Going forward I will only see Kayla at this location as she is professional, proficient and quick!

I had a great experience with Kayla she listened how I wanted to keep my hair longer up front so I could make a point out of it. I had this older lady who I think said she was the manger last cut and she cut it off. I was really hesitant to come back. But Kayla for sure the person I want to cut my hair from now on .

Really? What was the plan here? I had huge poofy hair, which i specifically asked we keep, i provided a picture, and asked them to take ~1 inch or less off. ONE INCH OR LESS, THEY TOOK 2+ OFF. i have been told by just about everyone that my haircut looks weird. it’s not even even? i have long hair randomly scattered around, still same length. unreal, not coming back. I paid $28 in all for a haircut. dissappointing. and don’t give me one of those “oh we’re sorry for this” responses, i know you’re only using some bot reply for this. unreal

My son has extremely thick coarse curly hair and I usually let it grow out. He's been wanting it short and this is the place he chose. I have never had any issues here ever. I love it here. I just want to shine a light on the beautiful workmanship of this salon (specifically the girl from today) and praise their patience, kindness and empathy to kids who don't sit still during haircuts.They do an amazing job every single time and I always love the final result.

I go to this location from time to time for a quick haircut. The haircut is hit or miss , depending on who's working. Last time in noticed trimmers very caked with hair and proper cleaning of haircutting tools / combs is not taking place. I hope this is addressed in some way, as it is not too appealing.

Absolutely garbage. My whole crew saying they did me dirty on the sides of my head, gotta wear my hat again for another 2 weeks. Be cautious before choosing this place to touch your head

Again, I needed a haircut and decided to give it a try. Nothing new. Underpaid stylists, barbers and super fast cuts rule the day leaving a lot to be desired. I over tipped simply because of the pressure to cut more heads in the shortest time possible to earn a living wage. On a slow it's worse. Two chairs two customers and someone walks which stylist/cutter is going to get the head? The race is on. My hair was soaked and the temp outside is in 20's will she dry it? If you guessed no you're right. End February 2024 update.Nothing has changed Not much has changed since my first review. I went back in August 2019 and got a great haircut but it's all about chance because it's impossible to find out a stylist's hours. You can get anywhere from a one star haircut to a 4 star haircut (men's). Turnover is high and your haircut is done just after getting comfortable in the chair. This last time, I asked the stylist to use thinning shears on the back of the head. Didn't happen and I didn't get a good look until I got home. Asked my daughter how bad it was and she advised I go somewhere to get it fixed. There was training going on the back of the store and none who came out looked very happy. Not taking any more chances this is off my list.

Melanie was awesome. She did an amazing job on my hair and made me feel very comfortable and we had a great conversation. I highly recommend her if you need your haircut. Thank you Melanie I'll definitely be going back every 2 weeks.
