I took my new Subaru Outback to Granite Subaru for its oil change and tire rotation. First time at the dealership and I have to say that I was very impressed with the place. Super friendly and welcoming staff who were able to answer my questions. The waiting room is spacious, comfortable, and offers free coffee and vending machine options. The work was completed quickly and I received a complimentary car wash. I’ll most definitely make Granite Subaru my go to for service.

The People at Granite Subaru are top notch! I took a car that needed tons of work. The Service people were amazing, they created a list of all the repairs I needed and then Explained what needed to be fixed right now and what could possibly wait. The Service team never pressured me on anything I decided to defer on. The Service team also interacted with my father. They treated him like royalty both when dropping off and picking the car up. I can’t say enough nice things about my entire experience at Granite Subaru! I highly, highly recommend their Service team to anyone and everyone.

Always great service we had Roberto, he treated us great,We had the 30,000 mile check up done ( , we took a loner seeing it was going to be a few hours, ( we usually just stay when we do they always keep us updated) all went well but will need tires , he gave us some prices , will check around , all the staff is always friendly,
