I have never had such a quick, pain free experience as I did working with Andrew at Bradley Motors. Not only was I in and out in less than 24 hours with a new vehicle, I was informed and felt like I was actually listened to during the process. I absolutely 10/10 recommend going here if you need a new vehicle.

Be careful doing business here they do not follow the laws. We purchased a vehicle, fell 2 weeks behind on payments, they came and drove off with the car, never reported to police they “repossessed” it. We had the money the next day to retrieve the vehicle, which they knew we just had to cash the paycheck, then told us we “weren’t approved” to get the car back. THEN, they sold the car back to themselves for under KBB value, and threatened legal action if we didn’t pay the remainder of the loan. We didn’t even have the car for 2 months before this. We had to file a small claims case against them because what they did to us is against NH State Law on car repossessions.

These people are legal thieves. The car never worked right since I got it, it was overpriced and their payment tactics are a mess. Bunch of snakes. Do not purchase!

Be careful. This is a place where you can buy a car in a very professional manner with excellent customer service – until you sign the contract. After that, everything changes. God forbid you have to come back because there's a problem with the car. The bumper-to-bumper warranty you will surely hear about is just a lure to buy the car. However, it is not respected at all. They only care about their money – their profit, not the customer's well-being. They will do everything to make the buyer pay for every defect in the car. I had to pay (I agreed, indeed) to have the tires replaced, which wouldn't have passed inspection (internal tire cord / thread damage – very noisy), and for a new key/remote because the car only had one key. After a week of use, I noticed a clicking noise from the front brakes they had replaced, and the Pre-Collision System didn't work. Also, it was impossible to operate the dashboard center vents because the vent knobs were missing. Of course, the sellers stated that the knocking noise from the brakes was a normal issue for them – no problem (still audible), PCS supposedly works – they concluded without driving the car (no error codes in system) , and I have to replace the center vent at my own expense. Well, they won't see me there again, and I won't recommend this dealer to anyone. They only care about their business, not the buyer. I do not recommend this seller (I deliberately didn't write "dealer" because they are far from that standard).

Bradley Auto Finance is the only stop I made when looking for a new to me vehicle. In a tough spot the team over there really went above and beyond to get me in the right vehicle at the right price. I can’t thank them enough! Andrew is an amazing salesman that really cares about his customers and takes the time to get to know their needs to help get them into the right car. It’s not just a sale to him, he makes you feel like a longtime friend and it makes a difference. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

After multiple recommendations from friends and family, I stopped by Bradley motors last Monday to see what they had available! My girlfriend and I were expecting to go shopping around and find a few places that day, but after sitting down with Andrew one of the great salesman here, it was about 5 minutes before I was out on a test drive!!! Everything was simple and straight to point!! Andrew was extremely helpful with every step, from showing the features in the vehicles, to letting us know at all points what is going on with the sale! By the end of the day my girlfriend and I had been on our way home in our new 2015 Mazda CX-5!!! From my experience, I can definitely say bradley motors has a great variety of cars, and a great group of employees!!! 10/10!!!!

I have purchased twice. The first time was amazing, financed with them and everything was perfect. Went back because I trusted them. Current vehicle the car itself is great, but for whatever reason they didn't finance me. They used an outside company. Right Direction Financial. I trusted Bradley, so I didn't think anything of it. I'm appalled that such a good dealership would work with such a horrible finance company. The end of the day, I'll never go to Bradley again because it's their fault I'm dealing with this toxic and unprofessional company. If Bradley will finance you, go for it. If they mention outside financing, RUN FOR THE HILLS.
