It's the USPS. They provide an incredibly complicated service to everyone. Also not sure how wize it would be to criticize them.

I have had multiple issues and poor experiences with this post office
I would have to say at least 50% of my packages are not delivered to my mailbox and end up in random boxes with no explanation why. I then have to call wait on hold for never less than 30 minutes just to get a response that they hope they can figure out what they did with your package. Im at the point where I can't place any online order that uses USPS as delivery. If you go to the post office it's typically a lengthy wait which I understand but they will kick you out mid transaction the minute its time to close despite how long you have waited(they are no friendly or courteous when they do this).

This post office has continually lost numerous pieces of important mail at my address and when confronted on it, did little to nothing to help me. They also continually work with one person up front when going in person. Lines are usually out to the door! Worst post office in America, hands down!

Everytime I go here, there is a huge line and only 1 employee working about as fast as paint drying. They always seem miserable too. I would never go here other than to drop off a prepaid package. Go to another provider its not worth the gamble at this place. Like go to FedEx or UPS the US Postal Service is no longer reliable or competitive in pricing anyway. Have had 8 packages in the past 6 months lost. Just more rotting federal infrastructure.

LOVE the staff here. I mail a ton of stuff and they are unfailingly polite, patient, and helpful. The inside of this place is clean as a whistle. I drive out of my way to use this USPS location.

Not very happy with the speed the postal driver travels at in my clearly posted SPEED LIMIT 15 community in my elderly complex with a 03106 zip code just off of route 3.He travels at much more than double that limit! Not safe at all! Hopefully his supervisor will get him to slow down or my next call will be to the authorities.

Been there many times. There has been 1-2 individuals who were borderline grumpy or rude but everyone else has been fine, helpful. It happens anywhere: 1 person on 1 bad day. If the same person does it twice Call him or her out on it. Ask for supv or call Goff falls road
