The staff was very helpful when i was struggling to give my husband a few middle of the line quality cigars. I don't smoke, but on rare occasions, i do enjoy a few espresso martinis while my husband enjoyed his cigar. Nice that there's a place like Twins for people to go and enjoy.

I’m not really a cigar smoker. Maybe a few times a year. However, last June I was searching for a seasonal release that had been on sale several months earlier and usually sells out. It was a St. Patrick’s cigar called the “Filthy Hooligan”. I gave it a shot an called Twins. The Manager in Londonderry was very responsive and told me he’d do an inventory search. He found some boxes in Hooksett and had them delivered down to Londonderry the next day. I call that 5-Star Customer Service.

Phenomenal. Shop here on a weekly basis. Top quality store and customer service compared to others in the manchester and Boston area. Staff took time to recommend cigars based on current preferences and friendly without being pushy. Good vibes. Highly recommended.

in my ignorance was not aware of store hours. I pulled in the parking lot and saw the business sign flipped to the closed position. As I was about to pull out, I saw a gentleman walk in without unlocking the door who I assumed to be a customer, so I thought let me just open the door and see if they were truly closed. The gentleman that I'm not sure if was an employee or owner informed me they were closed. I stated I was just looking to grab a cigar quickly from my sons graduation first thing in the morning, he replied, snidely." OK wish I could help you were closed.". In my mind, I thought he may have suggested the following mornings opening time.. I thought I would post this as another example of what seems to be a growing, genuine lack of simple, kindness, and courtesy.
