Quick to act, and got the job done. Transparent about costs. Saturday night we suddenly had no water. I feared the worst. They called me back the same night, and promised to be out the next day. Nick came down as promised, diagnosed the problem and had everything back up and running within 2 hours. Would 100% recommend.

Smith Pump is a professionally run outfit. Sure there might be a hiccup or two along the way but the owner Steve is very responsive, and also fair and honest. The foreman Steve sent to manage my job (Nate) was also excellent. While perhaps not the cheapest option, Smith wins on total value.
