Several pumps are always broken. Buttons smashed off. Software not working. Don't waste your time unless you get a good working pump. The price is good but not worth the hassle. They also haven't upgraded their credit card security on any of the pumps.

Awful. Description online is incorrect. People are rude. No frazzle. Air machine doesn’t work. Car wash is broken. This place is just all together a dump.

It is a Mobil station now. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Eric makes SERIOUS coffee drinks. Also, on a day when I drove pretty much around the state, their gas prices were the lowest I saw.

The gentleman that just helped me today Monday April 19th at 1:25 in the afternoon was very nice and professional. The lady who was taking over for him was just rude. There was an elderly women trying to hand her credit card to the guy and he told her she had to swipe it and his coworker rolled her eyes and shook her head. then she put her head down on the counter. Then when it was my turn I joking asked for two scratch tickets preferably winners and she made a cross motion like she was already done with the day. Its one thing to talk crap after a customer leaves but to do it in front of them is just ridiculous. I get it, You deal with all kinds of different people but working in retail You can't be ignorant like that.

The employees of this Shell Station don't take COVID or the mask mandate seriously. I was going in there today, opened the door and there were 4 employees standing around talking with no masks on. None of them were behind the plexiglass either. I said "aren't you guys supposed to be wearing masks?" One guy said "we have them" and showed the one that was around his neck. I turned around and walked out. I won't go there again.

Just visited this location to get gas and a car wash and got stuck in the car wash with my 4 year old diabetic son! I calmly called the service station and was hung up on by the associate who then refused to take my call. After a long time stuck I finally drove through everything to get out and went inside. The attendant literally wouldn’t say two words to me, reimbursed me and then gave me the managers cell. I called the manager who was at home. I was very emotional and all he could do is say the person didn’t know what to do and then he started to yell at me. I hung up and contacted corporate but everyone should beware visiting this location!
