The tech told me he did not have a rubber strip or cowl for my windshield at the top but he had something else. Instead he installed nothing and my windshield has a weird bare glass open at the top. I left a voicemail the very day of service and was never called back. Four days later I called, spoke to a woman in Hooksett and she said service will call back and now two weeks later no call. You really show lack of care for customers. How about instead of responding "sorry for your experience" someone return my two phone calls?

We went to hooksett NH got 2 windshield fix and they broke piece of plastic and now I need appointment to reaper drive er window. They cancelled my appointment very rude Cindy of Manchester New Hampshire

I had a small chip with some small cracks coming out of it in my windshield. On their website, Safelite made the process of getting the repair extremely easy and convenient. After handling the insurance stuff for me, they sent their technician, Preston, to do the repair at my house during my chosen time frame. Preston was cordial and professional and definitely seemed to know what he was doing. And by the looks of the repair, he did an excellent job. I received expert service from a very competent technician at a time and place convenient to me! I have used Safelite in the past with similar results. I will absolutely use them again in the future if needed.

Absolutely horrendous experience with Safelite. Both at the Nashua, New Hampshire location and dealing at the corporate level. Would never ever recommend anyone dealing with them.

The staff was very friendly, had a rock hit my windshield on way to work, was able to call my insurance during rest of my drive and get transferred to Safelite. They were able to make an appointment the same day to fill nickel-sized ding in the windshield. Went and worked from the waiting room but they were super fast, like 15 minutes if that. Picture is a before pic, can barely notice it now.

Although part of a national franchise that has a highly automated online platform (which despite its perky video and other attempts is kind of impersonal ) the people who work in this location manage to provide personal service in a warm and professional way. It’s pretty amazing that they can replace a whole windshield in a couple of hours and do it with such skill. This is the place to go for this important kind of repair. I will never use a dealership for this again.

Big thanks to Anthony and Rob for fixing my windshield that the drum hill chelmsford locations butchered and left me with three water leaks. They answered my call immediately and helped me get to the bottom of my issue which was water leaking into my car and soaking my a pillar and headliner. Can't thanks these two enough for thier promt and professional work! Thank you!

Unexpectedly had to get my windshield replaced and chose Safelite to do the job. I will definitely be back if I ever need them! All of the gentlemen there were so friendly, and they were able to get me in and out in only about 45 minutes, and they were able to give me a (pretty significant) discounted rate too when there were price discrepancies from the website, where I booked the service initially.
