Since I started with this company, we’ve been very pleased. They are dependable, they call before, to tell us they are coming, and they do their job, and do it right. Prices are reasonable, and the customer service, is great. Unlike the other company we had, it’s like night and day. Very happy with them.

I contacted this company to take care of my lawn. I was told someone would be out in ten days to measure. No one came. I followed up with an email and a voicemail. No one contacted me back.

I have had no problems with them. A bit of crabgrass near the driveway is a bit of a bother yet they explained that is was the heat from the driveway and did their best to help. Good guys

Extremely disappointing services.We hired Rockingham Turf Care for its lawn care and bug neutralizing services. Although they sprayed substantial chemicals all over our property, it had no positive effect. In fact, when I originally raised concerns about it, someone was dispatched to review our lawn. He agreed that what they had done was ineffective. So they applied another “application,” and that too did not make a difference.Ultimately, despite billing nearly $400, the response was: there is nothing we can do about a bad season of crab grass. Maybe so—but, their website and promotional materials suggest they have the expertise to manage whatever lawn situation a customer is experiencing. And to be clear, our lawn is well maintained. We just wanted it to be “greener” and “healthier” as Rockingham Turf advertises.I communicated my disappointment and have only received bills—now a demand from a collector—for the work purportedly done. Whatever chemicals this company is spraying, be weary. In our opinion, the services feel more like snake oil than actual lawn care.I suspect the company will respond to this post by refuting my opinion of their services or suggesting an alternative set of facts. That is their prerogative. But it is not a good business practice in the face of a fair criticism. In this economic climate, I do not take any pleasure posting this review. However, I also do not take a demand from a debt collector lightly.

Great coverage, fast and good customer service and paid attention to detail. Walked the property to make sure he got in the corners and hard to reach areas. Highly recommend
