I called to refill my Rx and they were 3 calls behind before they talked to me. The person who refilled my rxs was multi tasking and in a major hurry. It's not the person's fault but whoever is in charge needs to deal with this because people's rxs aren't something to mess with. And because of the short staff it appears to customers that they're not giving good customer service. But in reality they are doing the best they can, Which in a customer's view isn't that good! In general I've always liked rite aid. And yes they have good people that work there.

It looks like other Rite Aid stores. Organized, spacious and neat. Service here was friendly.

The associates at this store location in Hooksett, NH are wonderful. Doesn't matter how busy the store may be - they all take the take to make you feel valued and appreciated. Very friendly and helpful. The store always has what I need in stock.

I come here every week for my prescription and just grabbed a script a couple days ago. But I'm pretty upset that whoever was working today gave this crazy family member of mine my financial history report for a certain controlled medication! How is that allowed without my permission? I'm honestly pissed. It is not this person's business how much I have been paying for my medicine every week and it is very upsetting that whoever was working today would just print out a copy and hand her my information! You had NO right to do this and have no idea how much this family member causes problems in my life. She probably went there pretending to try to buy it for me just so she could find out information I purposely refuse to give her, she does it all so she can intentionally make my life a living hell. Now that she saw the difference in the prices I have had to pay over the last couple weeks, she is trying to act like I am not taking my medication properly, which is ridiculous. It's simply just my stupid insurance randomly paying different amounts and has nothing to do with me taking my medication correctly. Like I stated before, she is crazy and I do not appreciate this unnecessary crap! I am so disgusted right now with this place and feel like my privacy has been violated. I want to change pharmacies now after this blatant disregard for my personal information. Unbelievable.

This is the best Rite Aid pharmacy in my experience. The entire pharmacy staff is extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The customer service I receive each and every visit is top notch. I always get my medication promptly and accurately. There is nothing better than being greeted by a welcoming smile. I highly recommend coming here. 5 stars!

JOE I don’t know his last name but , incredible ☺️??customer service and I hope too see him always work there . Because his spirt for Christmas and positivity is 10000/10000 . Definitely made my day so much better and a veryyyy respectful man and generous. Someone needs too tell this man he has a great review ! And too look at it online . I WISH this man nothing but happiness and joy in his life and GOD??BLESS ??THIS ??MAN ! And his good heart ?? .OH and I remembered, His energy in how he speaks is sooo positive like I said , and gives out very welcoming vibe that makes me want too just come back too buy somthing just so I can say hi too joe again . May god give him , I hope A longgg life of enjoyment , And lots of great grandchildren that are kind too Mr. joe AMENNNNN ?? ☺️??. This store hires some great people :))))) .
