I had a rush job for flyers to hand out for an Xperience Media event by this Friday and they had my order ready in less than 3 hours! Staples couldn't get my order done for at least 2 days. “First time using them. Had 7 print jobs given to me in a 48 hour time down (all urgent of course). “David at the ups store was professional and very patient and finally resolved the issue.
On thee other hand UPS was very difficult to work with. After spending nearly 700 bucks for my shipments it took multiple calls to get my shipments held for pickup.
I did not want a home delivery as I would not be home and there is supposed to be thunderstorms. The merchandise is very expensive and water would ruin it.
Again David at the Concord NH store was more than helpful.”

“I called the copycenter asking g for info as I had a 2'x3' poster I wanted printed for my mom's 100th bday party. Ollie (the print center mgr) answered the phone. He answered all my questions s and was very professional and personable. I told him the deadline I was under, etc. And he informed me as to what I needed to do for them to get the job done.When I got to the store a couple of days later, he remembered my story. He checked the .pdf file I gave him on a thumb drive and answered all my questions. He told me he'd have it ready by the next day.Low & behold, a few hours later, I got a call that my poster was ready. I rushed to the store to pick it up and was dumbfounded how beautiful it was. The quality was amazing. I was so happy with the resul that I started crying.Great service and great results!”
“Dear FedEx Team Concord NH. How much I appreciate all of you. We came into mail Christmas presents to Florida. It was a Thursday, the young man helping us was wonderful. He said “they would arrive the following Wednesday.” Well they arrived two days early on Monday! I was nervous about one item out of my large box. I was told not to worry he would take great care. He marked the box fragile no one would miss it. To my surprise, I arrived in Florida today 12/24 to unpack my gifts. To find this… wow you all are great. I am sorry I am forgetting the name of the young man who did right by me.”

“I had to go to this UPS store location to have fingerprinting done for a job and I just have to shout out the woman who helped me through the process. They are able to take digital fingerprint scans on site, which is very convenient, however, the machine was definitely a little tricky and didn’t necessarily love my overly dry healthcare worker hands. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who was helping me today. Was super patient and so nice despite having to spend extra time with me on a seemingly easy task. It had gotten busy in the store through this process and she handled everything so gracefully just wanted to leave a bit of appreciation for the store, and this particular employee as she made my experience a positive one!”

He also asked what time I get home from work, so he can deliver future packages when I’m actually home; making future experiences much less stressful. A+++!”
