I recently used Northeast Record Retention for my shredding needs, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism and efficiency that exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service, start to finish, for my small office. An efficient process to get a quote and schedule a pick-up. The pick-up team called ahead and completed the pickup right on schedule. I received the destruction of files documentation within 24 hours. Great service all around from both NRR's office and the on-the-road team, at a fair price. Good work!

Just had to clear out my dad’s law office after he passed away so there were a lot of boxes to shred. They were very quick to send a reasonable quote, arrived during the window they had said they would, and even called 30 minutes in advance so we would know exactly when to expect them. So quick and easy to use and very professional.

We (Northeast Asset Management) used NRR to shred 12 bins of old documents and they were so wonderful to work with!! Very prompt in drop offs and pick up of the bins!! And any time that I called I was met with friendly voices ready to help out!! We will definitely use them again in the future!!

Excellent experience, I had 13 bins of old paperwork that was gathering dust over the years. NeRR provided a good quote and when I was ready they scheduled the service to my home.The driver was on-time and was in and out in minutes.

Just had a large office/document cleanout and shredding done by Northeast Record Retention and it was a flawless experience! Scheduling the pickup at our office was quick and easy, Mack at customer support was fabulous and responsive. The gals who picked up were timely and friendly. Document shredding was done within 24 hours and we got a notarized confirmation right after. And it was cheaper than I expected, for all that it included. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend!

The manager didn't want to pay me for my vacation time I earned. I requested time off and got approved and 1 week before my vacation I got let go for no reason. Meanwhile you have people who work for this company that bounce off parked cars, hit buildings, and take out poles. Not to mention the numerous DOT violations that happen on a regular basis and are still employed... I do not recommend this company for anything the mangers treat employees like trash.If you need similar services done go to Iron Mountain, or Shred-it

This company must think they're pretty spectacular to sit in a lane of traffic for FIFTEEN minutes while each of the men went in ONE BY ONE to get a coffee. They literally stopped half in the fire lane and half in the driving lane despite there being a plethora of empty parking spaces easily accessible. Then- they thought it would be funny to honk their ridiculously loud horns at each other while getting out of the truck (remember- one by one) to disrupt everyone working outside. Immediately following- they went to Shaws (same plaza) and did the same thing! Just curious- do they even work?
