My MotorHome broke down and required a new water pump. Although the repair shop no longer services MotorHome, the owner went out of his way to send me a mobile mechanic who was able to install everything needed o get me on my way. Motivated Auto Repair saved my vacation. I’m so thankful for such an honest and helpful business in my time of need. Thank you Steve ?

While I favor working with owners instead of leaving a poor review, I have unfortunately tried the above with no success--albeit I'm in a tight spot and couldn't get down there for a Saturday appointment. As to my experience, I sent my car to Motovated due to it's good reviews. Unfortunately, the first time my car came back, the remote locking function stopped working shortly thereafter. I chalked it up to a glitch, but the second time it came back, I was left with a steering wheel aligned at 90 degrees, a broken stick shift ($300 repair), and burnt license plate lights. Despite being verbally reassured that they would take care of the damage since they were the cause, I received no phone calls updating me of the ordered parts and had to initiate multiple attempts to get the damage repaired. The owner was even directly involved and I still received no updates. Ultimately, I have changed shops rather than trying to continue to get the damage repaired. As an additional side note, they do not include the hourly rate for their work on invoices, so it's hard to tell what you're paying for. While the shop is nice and the people are friendly, if you can't afford to send your car in only to get it back with more repairs that need to be done, I would recommend maybe looking someplace else.

I recently purchased a vehicle from NH sight unseen from almost the entire country away. I didn't want to waste my time or money, so did some homework that led me to Motovated. I scheduled with them and paid via Square.
The team there was very understanding of the situation and happy to inspect this specialty car with aftermarket mods, tune, etc. I requested a compression test as well and they took care of it.
They assigned the work to a mechanic who was also into tuner cars. He was thorough and checked out literally everything on the car...even answered questions on the body wrap for me. The team was patient with all of my questions and took video, photos, etc. They gave me a detailed analysis and spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone post inspection.
I had the car shipped, but the closest I could get it was 5 hours from my home. I met the car there and felt safe and comfortable driving the car 5 hours over the Rockies due to the time they spent with the car.
It's home safe and driving great. Highly recommend this shop.

Motovated Auto Repair is a very rare find. These people are absolute pros. They know their way around just about any kind of vehicle. Their pricing is fair, the work is outstanding, they never upsell. I have used them for routine maintenance and surprise issues with my car. Some of my questions are admittedly idiotic and they have never been anything but patient. I everyone in the place, from the owner, to his crew in the garage, to the desk folks are polite and thorough. If there was a way to give another star I would do it great value and i like supporting local biz! UPDATE: a recent issue with my car meant a lot of back-and-forth calling with this business. They were endlessly helpful. I wish every business I used had this kind of local owner/human contact approach.

I am very disappointed with the service they had provided to me, I went to repair my tail light bulb, they had created all the unnecessary problems, at last they said that you have a problem with ECM and it will cost around 1500$, Next day i went to other mechanic shop they just replaced my light and said there is no problem with ECM.I am very disappointed with the person who is in the reception.

brought my car there to change head gasket on recommendation from a friend. Got a quote for $2500 and told work would take a week to a week and a half. They've had my car for 5 1/2 weeks. I was told car was ready. Went to pick it up and they charged $3290. Went to start car and every single dash board warning light was on as well as numerous error messages. Brake system failure, Brake hold failure, emissions error, check engine light, collision mitigation failure, antilock brake system light, traction control light, literally every single light, and the error messages just kept popping up. Steer clear of this shop!

Not trustworthy.
Will look at your vehicle in a pinch and on a short notice, but make sure you know what you actually needs to be done and check after that it was actually done.
