Great shop to get all your needs satisfied for your vehicles. They did a wonderful job on my ball joint replacement and also with my vehicle inspection. Although they were shorthanded, the work performed on my vehicle was still within the time frame they quoted me on.
They had a better quote than another place down the road that gouged their prices for 1 ball joint.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Monro for all of my vehicle's needs!

The three young men who repaired my car this past weekend were
fantastic--top notch shop. They were respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I sat in the waiting room while the job was being done with the office attendant who is a fellow admirer/driver of a manual vehicle and learned a lot. It was a very positive experience.

Be careful with this place. I called about a blower motor replacement and they quoted $508. The part is only $88 online. Call around and get other quotes before going here. They will rip you off.

I will not go back there . I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. Then when I got my car back and got home I noticed that they did not put my valve covers back on the new tires!!!! Now I have to go and get some.

Right from the initial call to set an appointment, they were knowledgeable and friendly! They got me in for the following day without hesitation. They are affordable and make an oil change and tire rotation simple and painless! I'll be back at 7,500 miles! Highly recommend these guys! Thanks for all your help Scott, you are very much appreciated!

Scott at Monro was extremely helpful! When the dealership tried to overprice me for new brakes, I contacted them for a quick quote and he immediately looked into it and was able to save me money. Since this was an unexpected expense, I so appreciated it! He was also able to take my car in and have it fixed same day, which was perfect due to my very busy schedule. Having never been here before, I highly recommend it! He was super nice and the service was above and beyond! Thank you!!

One of the most advantageous thing I noticed was that Monro’s were open on a Sunday! That was when I first went, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The convenience of having a repair shop open on Sunday is a huge benefit. I’m originally from New York City and we have car repair shops open 7 days per week. Here in New Hampshire it’s a struggle, and the this made me happy to see Mono’s open Sunday. Unfortunately they are short staffed and that was why I couldn’t get my repair done that day. The intake staff member who was also a mechanic made up for me being disappointed in not being serviced that same day. He was very professional, patient and friendly. He gave me an estimate of time and cost but did not deviate from it. Everything seems to be working perfectly now. Huge thanks to the team at Monro’s!!

Went in and no one was to be found at the desk which has happened before until I finally had to open the door to the shop and find someone.. nice guy named Mike helped me but unfortunately I'm not the only person this has happened to.. this place has gone downhill bad.

Scheduled a car inspection. They sent confirmation of said inspection appointment. I arrive only for the guy at the desk to tell me no one was in to do an inspection. I asked if I could schedule when one was was in at which point he got huffy and passive aggressive stating they don't have one period even though it says they not only are able to on the website but also have a sign in front of the establishment stating they do. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would

Set up an appointment for state inspection which was confirmed. I took the day off from work to take care of this and when I arrived, I was told that they did not have an inspector. They said they notified me by email but I never received any notification. They have lost my business.

The gentleman was great, took care of what the original place went to have my tires done, but couldnt finish the job & he did it with a smile.
