I called up Mike K because I needed a wheel bearing replaced. Mike K and the Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Brought car in for alignment and new tires put on. The alignment wasn't done and the tires were ruined. Wasted so much time trying to get a inspection on a newer car because he had a outdated computer. Didn't seem too worried about it either.

Bought a SAAB from Turnkey Auto with a 20 day plate and sticker Mike's station #4306; employee with NH inspection license #17301 issued Safety & OBD inspection sticker #2400180977 on 2/21/23 at 12:37pm on an unsafe vehicle. And again, Sticker #2301387597 from his shop, by individual with NH inspection license #05169 on 3/6/23 at 5:35pm on the same car. The vehicle was then driven 28 miles to another station where it failed for more than 6 safety issues. The owner of Turnkey and Mikes teamed up and made a valiant effort to intimidate me into keeping the vehicle and when that didn't work they began attempting to insult my intelligence. I owned a used car dealership and NH inspection station for six years and knowing this kept saying "you don't know how this works" "it's your problem now." Their tone was very condescending. Oozed of - stupid women don't know anything about cars vibe to it. As soon as I sent them my report of the failed inspection and all the photos of failed parts Mike called me and begged for the car back. I was refunded all my money in cash two hours after sending the pictures. They towed the car from my driveway. It was a wonderfully choreographed show from these two. I wonder just how many people they have done this to - to have this manipulative game down pat like this. Bouncing me back and forth like two cats playing with a half dead mouse. This mouse has Decon in her veins... Pretending the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Experts at talking in circles. I have miles of texts messages from Mike admitting to a lot of lies. I applaud them on their efforts. It takes a lot of time to hone skills like that! My favorite quote "you're being irrational" I'd be a millionaire if he said it two more times. Don't buy from him or have him do an inspection or work on your car. There should be some sort of registry for people like this. Cannot come with in 300 yards of a car. Five star drama show

I have been going to Mike K Auto works for a couple years now and I could not be happier finding this place. I get all my families vehicles serviced here and would recommend them over and over again. The trust and peace of mind in knowing my mechanic is going to recommend what my vehicle needs to remain safe and keep my vehicle in top performance is such a relief. GREAT service. Mike worked on my nieces 1977 camper van. He made the van ready for travel and did not push to do additional unnecessary work. Very fair pricing for work done.
