Meh. It's a chain store. The selection is okay. The store is reasonably neat and the staff friendly enough.
However, I was there after a small, late-season storm and the sidewalk in front of the store was extremely slick and dangerous. I mentioned it to someone at check-out, who seemed fairly unconcerned. Not sure if they bothered to put some salt/sand down or not...
Be careful if you decide to go during anything but the sunniest of weather...

I visit often for craft items. I go when items I need are on sale or my kid is in a Magic tournament across the way at Diversity. It's overpriced for most things. Sales tend to be decent. The franchise itself needs an upgrade. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Within a few minutes of entering, an associate asked if I needed any help. Although they didn't have what I was looking for (real leather), they were polite and helpful.
