“Jenna and Chris really bailed me out of a tight jam and got me an excavator right away even though the computers were down. They were able to use a manual ticket instead of just telling me "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. The system is down." They saved me an additional day of work and about $800 in extra overhead getting that excavator same day.”

“We needed to have our window/door screens replaced with Pet Screen. So we ordered some online, but could not find ANYONE (Lowe's, Home Depot, Hardware stores and mobile screen replacement services to do this. Finally, we found Leblanc's True Value Hardware on Hayward Street in Manchester and they did it for a low cost and in a matter of hours! They were AMAZING! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!”

I believe it is one of the managers who is always out on the sales floor checking in with guests to see if they need help locating anything. As a female; it’s one of the few tool/hardware stores I can walk into not knowing much but basic bare minimal information and still walk out with the items I need at a very affordable price too.”

“Stopped into Home Depot today to use a gift certificate we had been given to get some plants for the garden and other supplies. I had wanted to get sphagnum moss for my isopods at home and it is much cheaper here than any pet store for pretty much the same item. We also got 3 kinds of squash plants at a reasonable price. But the big win for me was the replacement of an air wave plant that I was able to replace that had died from being too close to a compressor. Just a few days ago they didn't have any and today there were a bunch. This really made my day...replacing stock in a timely fashion is something that I really appreciate at a store I am shopping at.”

“I went in tonight with a small return and to purchase a new front door with delivery. I was helped by a young lady named Emma and she was beyond helpful with the return and the purchas/ delivery. She answered all of my questions and made sure the delivery date worked great with my schedule. Employees like Emma make shopping a lot better. 10/10”
“This depot is good, staff is helpful, a lot of items are always missing from the shelves and need to find a staff member to help, but that's more of a inconvenience then a issue. One issue I do have as being a pro getting help at the pro desk can sometimes be a pain as they are normally slammed busy, but on occasion the young staff on their cell phones.”
“Needed to rent a better chainsaw and called them up. Helpful on the phone and provided more than I thought they would: Safety gear, helmet with visor, gas, chain oil, and the chainsaw. Clear rates and friendly service. Would rent tools from here again.”

“I definitely prefer The Home Depot over the competition. I have noticed that they have jammed the front main isle with products, making it nearly impossible to navigate a cart through. I'm sure it's in an effort to steer you through the whole store, but it's inconvenient, to say the least. I will still always choose The Home Depot for price, product selection, and availability.”
