I love Faulkner's. My husband and I arrived a few minutes past closing time and the wonderful woman working let us grab a couple of things as she hadn't closed out the register yet. So grateful that she was willing to help us out (it was for a birthday gift). The plants are beautiful and we will remain repeat customers!

We have gotten a little real Christmas tree every year since I have found this place. The trees are beautiful, healthy and they smell amazing. I might just forever retire our fake tree! They are patient and load the tree in your car! Even if they are busy, excellent customer service!

I highly recommend Faulkner’s nursery for your landscaping plants needs. I was helped by Diane. She is courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable about all kinds of plants, shrubs and trees. I gave her a photo of the landscaping areas at my home, and asked her to create a planting plan. Diane was happy to apply her expertise in selecting the right variety of plants that suited the areas. She goes above and beyond to support you. During the installation, I would send her photos of plant placements, and talk to her on the phone while she is viewing the photos to make placement adjustments. This is exceptional support! The whole staff at Faulkner’s genuinely go the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with the selection process, and that you are happy with the end result.

Called to set up delivery for a couple yards of crushed stone. I called and Faulkner’s was able to come out the very next day, the lady on the phone said they could come out the same day I called but that didn’t work for me. Delivery driver was very polite and knew what he was doing. Couldn’t be more thrilled.

Wow! Stopped by Faulkners nursery today needing to plan and purchase everything for our newly constructed home. We currently had zero plants. Jason was amazing!!! He was so patient. Took me around, listened to what my preferences are with look and design and helped me stay in budget while also getting more plants than I imagined!! I was even able to pick 2 additional trees to help round out the overall design. I was so overwhelmed and now I’m exited to get them all in the ground! Delivery next day. Faulkners Nursery just made a lifetime customer out of me! ???

We were helped by Diane on one of her first days back in April, and she supported us again a few months later as we removed one of our large trees and replaced with two wonderful Irish yews, a wonderful blue rose of Sharon and a Hakuro Nishiki willow (that she advised is challenging to keep in stock). We had one of the trees delivered and all was smooth and easy (beyond us removing all of our roots :))Highly recommend Faulkner and will be going back to fill out our newest garden!
