Went today for oil change in Hooksett, NH and owner attempted to charge me a credit card fee for using a debit card. Explained to him debit card is same as cash, he stated his processing company charges him a card fee. Advised him again debit same as cash and all establishments take debit with no fee. He stated no one was tying my hands and holding me hostage and if I didn’t like it I could leave and go somewhere else. So I did. I drove right down the street to The Performance Place, LLC at 1265 Hooksett Road, Hooksett, NH who were more than happy to take my business and not charge credit card fees on a debit card. Do yourself a favor and go to another Auto Repair place. His $14.95 inspections aren’t worth the pain. The owner needs to take some customer service classes on how to deal with customers and realize he not the only game in town. No wonder there is a mechanic wanted sign on the street……just saying

Great people. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. You can not beat $14.95 for a car inspection!! This is the only place I use and I highly recommend them.

My 2008 Buick was towed in to Extra Care Hooksett. The part that was needed was not available from GM. They made an effort to search and find the parts to get my car running again. I trust these guy to do the repairs right. They are great guys to get the job done! I appreciate my mechanic Keith, who did a great job getting my car running!!!

When I came to pick up my 2015 CRV the guy at the front desk told me that there was an “accident” involving my car. I went to go check it out and the entirety of my interior was coated with feces.
