My truck threw a belt and started overheating while driving on I-93. I managed to limp along to get off the highway and came across Auto Care Plus just by chance. Not only did Paul come right out and assess the damage but also set me up with a loaner vehicle so I was back on the road in about half an hour! They expedited the repairs (AC, condenser and belt) so I could have the truck back a few days later and still make it to my race on Sunday. Paul even stayed late on a Friday so I could get the vehicle for the weekend. These guys are rock stars!

Excellent service by the technician Valentine. Also appreciate customer service of the manager and how he spoke highly of his staff. Our car has a part hanging off on a trip, and they solved it quickly and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!!

Every time I have come to Auto Care Plus with concerns with both my sons car and my car they have been extremely thorough in their inspection and top notch in communication with me. They’ve answered all my questions, dealt with multiple calls and always listened and remained respectful. As a woman I never felt talked down to about anything. This has been consistent with several people at ACP. They also guarantee their work which offers peace of mind for me.

Auto Care Plus performed a Pre-purchase inspection of a car I was thinking of buying. The report was very detailed and included many pictures.
It went well beyond what I would have done myself. It helped me decide whether to purchase the car.
