The CVS in Hooksett, NH is always clean, professional and helpful. It's nice to walk-in, get what you need and with no issues. The staff is friendly and are always around of you have any questions. The only thing, is that the pharmacy may stay open later.

The service at this location disappointed and frustrating.It took an agonizing week to get a crucial prescription filled for my infant. Despite multiple attempts to communicate through phone calls, reaching anyone to discuss the situation was nearly impossible.When I eventually showed up to collect the medication, I was met with a hastily scribbled sign indicating the closure of the drive-through due to staffing issues, which was contradictory seeing 7 or 8 employees actively working in the pharmacy. The overall experience was stressful and upsetting, especially considering the urgency related to my child’s health. I truly expected more from a pharmacy that is supposed to prioritize healthcare needs.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. I have been calling them for 2 days now Trying to have my prescription transferred to a pharmacy closer to my new home since I moved. They keep saying that they sent it, and then they just don't. The pharmacy that's waiting for it can't understand why they won't send it. Not sure if it's just a lazy problem or maybe they are understaffed but medications are serious, it's not something that you can just forget to transfer. Especially when I have called multiple times over the past 48 hours trying to get it transferred and they keep saying they will do it and they just don't

Ill be avoiding this cvs at all costs moving forward... 3 stars because I've had pleasant experiences with the pharmacy and two cashier's but all the others have been a nightmare. They refuse to learn or honor their coupon policy and literally think you're the devil if you use a single coupon and refuse to help if there's an issue. No thank you ?

Zero stars - don’t inform about return policy and receipt not sent via email as requested and app not working. Purchase made 5 min ago in the same store with the same cashier and same cashier was not willing to look up transaction to print a receipt or accept Unhelpful - now I need to spend hours on the phone with customer service to try to resolve this issue, which I’m sure will lead nowhere. I will never go to CVS again.

I’d give zero stars if I could, I went to the pharmacy this afternoon to drop off a prescription. I have TRICARE as my insurance, which is completely valid. Apparently they couldn’t take my insurance because the numbers on my insurance card we’re working in their system. I asked to talk to someone else and a female approached the window and she was completely rude and sarcastic telling me to have a nice day like it’s my fault that they don’t know how to type in numbers correctly into their system. SO I went to Walgreens right down the street and they were able to take my prescription and insurance card. Not sure why CVS has incompetent pharmacist and they waste peoples time.

Normally happy with this pharmacy but 30 minutes behind for drive through testing with an appointment is absurd and frankly unacceptable, Now I’m late for my next appointment! If you don’t do them without appointment I don’t understand what the problem is
