“I’ve been using Bellwether for a few years now and it is about time to get a new car so I came in seeing if I could be pre-approved for an auto loan. Will sat me right down and began working with me to begin the process of starting the loan. He gave me the option to send any vehicle I found his way so he could figure out the real value and mechanical quotes. Once I found the perfect car and got my co-signer, we started closing the loan. Throughout this process we were sent back the application so many times, Will had to recheck and make sure all of the information was correct and made sure what needed to be sent was sent. He did such a fantastic job, and kept us company while we waited. Definitely my favorite worker at BCCU!! Along with a few other guys that swung in a few time to chat and help Will out. Do not hesitate to go to Bellwether!”
“The staff are friendly and helpful in answering my questions each time I have visited the Manchester location. Becca enabled me to set up my first account; she was patient. Adam has helped me in two occasions. Both times, he laid out the information clearly and addressed my financial wishes. My accounts have not contained hidden fees yet. The fees are little to none plus they do not require a large balance to avoid small fees.”

“I am highly satisfied with the wonderful service I received at the Elm Stree branch! I walked in and got to speak with someone RIGHT away, no waiting time! I worked with Heather Green on a home equity line of credit and she made the process less stressful by explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my questions. I have had previous business with the bank, and have always been highly impressed with the top-notch customer service, especially compared with other banks I use. The personal touch makes the experience extra special, and I truly feel that the bank has my best interest in mind. I would recommend St. Mary's bank for all your banking needs, especially first time home buyers (St. Mary's helped me buy my first house 5 years ago) or loan borrowers (they helped me buy my first car too). I would rate them 10 stars if I could, especially Heather!!!”

“I've has this credit union for a few years now. It started with buying a car and they picked up the loan. I then got a call about my Harley loan saying they'd take it over and save me money which I did. Within the next year I had 2 more vehicle loans through them totaling 4 at the same time. I've paid them off and got another. I've only been inside once and that was to drop a misdirected title off but they are very courteous, very helpful, and on one vehicle loan actually drove to the dealership and dropped the check off for me. Always answer my emails promptly. They just picked up a loan for another vehicle for my girlfriend as well.”
