We called asking if they had slushees and they said yes so we went here and we asked but the worker started laughing at us and said they didn’t get a call and they didn’t have slushees so the sign was a rip off and who answered the phone?

Employees are rude and just want to talk to each other about irrelevant topics. Had to rescan my order after trying to charge me double not once but twice. Management needs to pay attention.

I wish they would put shades on the windows, The sun is very strong. It shines right in your face, and you end up walking into people . The people working in the store have a hard time seeing , plus you can't read the register. Please do something. It is not good

After a disappointing experience at the Circle K gas station involving the individual working the register named DALE, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. Despite my initial reluctance, I would hesitate to even provide a one-star rating. During a recent visit to the store, my boyfriend requested a Mango Game Dutch while I waited in my car. DALE, the cashier, insisted on seeing my identification before completing the transaction. This requirement necessitated a return trip to my hotel to retrieve my ID, an inconvenience that I found unnecessary and frustrating. Upon presenting both my ID and my boyfriend's, DALE refused to sell the product to me because my boyfriend was not physically present in the store this time. This insistence on adherence to a policy that seemed illogical and unjustifiable only added to my frustration. It is important to note that the store displays a sign indicating a policy of requiring identification for tobacco sales. However, it is my legal understanding that this policy applies to the individual making the purchase, not to individuals who are not actively involved in the transaction. Overall, I believe that DALE's actions were unwarranted and lacked legal justification

I do not care if you get 5cents per hour or 5000dollars an hour, you chose the job there is no need for rudeness or disrespect, that is why rudeness after was given back, you do not tell a guest to put something back (ask yes, TELL!), you do not tell a guest someone was ahead of you EITHER, when my items were already on the counter. I am there 2 to 3 times a day and have been going there for the 27 years I have owned AJ's wigs across the way from you. NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE EVER BEEN RUDE TO ME IN THIS STORE. and what gets me EVEN MORE IS the lazy shift manager with your arms folded STAREING AND ENTERUPTING ME BEFORE I FINISH. ( no, Darren I won't name your name) JUST standing there, I tried to point out that your special was for the weekend could not be read when you interrupted me to tell me it was for the weekend (you kind of need to listen before you speak. I was trying to share you guys had the sign shoved so far down that you could only see by 2 mix or match and receive one free DATE. Your little clerk told me to leave the store and you should have simply said I can take you here. LEARN COSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Keeps things peaceful in a busy store. but I will actually drive all the way to the old mobile (mega -x) they have better pricing anyways.

The parking lot is always packed and difficult to navigate. The gas prices posted are deceiving. The outside trashes are always overflowing into the parking lot. The fountain soda machine only has Co2 90% of the time. The straw wrappers smell like toilet water. The employees make it hard to move freely throughout the store due to boxes everywhere, and the bathrooms are always a mess Everytime I've mentioned my concerns the cashiers on shift make up excuses like "I was alone all day" so one is to assume most of these things are due to staffing shortage or scheduling issues This used to be one of my favorite spots to stop at! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This Circle K is an amazing place with just about all the food, drinks, etc. you need, good place for party food and such. The only thing they're missing is slushies but that's made up for the Dunkins next to it!

The customer service a the Irving Circle K is horrible. I passed by this store on my trip from New Hampshire to Boston. I was getting gas and the pump gave me the option for buying a car wash which I paid of. However, as I was driving to the car wash I saw a sign blocking it saying they are undergoing upgrades. Since I do not live in New Hampshire and there are no Circle K stores where I live, I respectfully asked for a refund for the car wash I had paid for. I was RUDELY informed that the car wash was closed because it was too cold and that they do not refund for car washes. The store attendants were extremely rude and unhelpful. Clearly they were lying because as soon as I got back into Boston I found numerous car washes that were operational and I got my car washed. I feel ripped off! Nowhere was there a sign clearly stating the wash wasn't working - sign was all the way behind the store and could only be visualized after paying and driving up to the wash. Nowhere did they stipulate the wash was non-refundable. They employees just rudely told me to come back or go to another Circle K for a wash. What a rip off!
