Had an excellent experience at American Freight in Hooksett. Great store with ever-changing inventory of discounted furniture and appliances. Found a perfect recliner at a super low price. The knowledgeable sales staff, April and Jeremy, took great care of us. Five stars!

Bria turned our day around! On a day where our washing machine hose burst and soaked our dryer, shorting it out and leaving us with wet laundry in desperate need of a dryer, we absolutely made the best choice to go to American Freight. Despite showing up just a half hour before closing, Bria was incredibly warm, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We got a great deal on a dryer that had all of the things we wanted, and none of the features we were trying to avoid. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and she really listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions based on our criteria.We should also mention that the two other employees, who stayed later and loaded our dryer so we could take it home with us were also fantastic. Unfortunately, we didn't get their names but honestly, every employee we encountered couldn't have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. We appreciate all of them and look forward to shopping there in the future. This will absolutely be our first stop for furniture and appliances from now on!

I purchased a washing machine at American Freight on Febuary 24th and delivered it to my home. The washing machine was over $1,000 and over 200lbs so it was hard to move and not cheap. When I hooked it up the same day there was water pouring from the bottom. I called the next day and was informed that the washers are inspected at a warehouse so the issue could be my fault. I then had the issue looked at in my home by Appliance Medic on the 25th. The appliance repair man told me that the washer should not of been sold due to there being no welds linking the two part tub together. I called American Freight again and was told they would call to pick up the washer the following Sunday or Monday. They never called or showed. I've called a couple more times but continue to get the run around. The store is located in Hookset NH. I am looking for the store to pick up the washer and refund my money.
