Honestly, in short, they’re great!
They know Mercedes really well, you may pay a little bit more than an absolutely cheap mechanic shop, but you get a lot more. I think the extensive knowledge of the brand and its quirks, coupled with the fact that they really seem to be investing in the business, be that the big tooling needed for some jobs, the better client experience, etc., it makes it well worth it, and they still come in far cheaper than any Mercedes dealer would. They are also happy to work with aftermarket stuff. They also offer incredibly honest advice, I had a job lined up that would’ve required an engine swap where they could have made a lot of money. Instead, they just advocated I take the insurance check and walk away. That’s not in their immediate interests, but by the same token, it certainly generates a long-term customer, and advice I trust.

I recently had my car serviced at 603 MTech and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The mechanics clearly know their stuff and took the time to explain what needed to be done, giving me a detailed breakdown of the costs involved and let’s not forget they show you what is actually wrong.
Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they also checked other parts of my car and provided helpful recommendations without pressuring me into unnecessary services. I appreciate their honesty and transparency.
The shop was clean, organized, and well-managed, and it’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. I highly recommend 603 MTech to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place.
Never having to go to the Stealership is one less thing to worry about when it comes down to maintaining your vehicles!

I brought my AMG E63 About five months ago For bunch of work... some of that work was valve covers had to be replaced.
Guys did excellent job They were professional fast and very reasonable price.
Car is running very good i'm happy.
Definitely recommend this place.

The best place to take you Mercedes Benz , Especially if you have an AMG I would recommend this shop any day over going to Benz , they always take good care of me and my cars , the only place when i can leave my car worry free and knowing that’s it getting taken good care of.

Highly recommend 603 MTech Autowerks! I recently acquired a 2011 G55 from a Florida dealership sight unseen. Was a bit anxious of what kind of quirks to expect when it arrived. All of my anxieties were immediately relieved when I met with the team. I instantly knew within the first few moments of meeting and talking with them that the car was in great hands. They are all so incredibly friendly, professional and very informative! They are also incredibly accommodating. I had some concerns with possible lifter tick when the vehicle arrived and they got me in immediately. Excellent communication and genuine. You can truly tell that they are looking out for their customers best interest.

My friend Lei Y. recommended me to 603M tech and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team provided exceptional service. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had a great conversation with Zack while we thoroughly reviewed the car service history. What really impressed me was Zack’s integrity — he didn’t push me to add any extra services that weren’t needed, but rather explained the services and left the decision to me, which I greatly appreciated.
The shop itself is top-notch. The lounge area is comfortable and offers a clear view of the car being serviced, so you can see everything happening with the vehicle. Complimentary check & car wash were done after the maintenance. The invoice clearly states all the parts and fluids used in the service, and the labor is charged at reasonable rate.
It is clear that 603M takes pride in their work and values their customers’ experience. I drove 50 miles from Boston and I feel it was absolutely worth it. I will definitely be bringing the car back for future maintenance and service.

As a person that never writes reviews, since I have very high standards, I see it unfair to the party being reviewed. As the review would do more harm than good. That is why, with mixed emotions, that I am providing this review. When you strike gold, you want to tell everyone about it, and at the same time, you want to keep it a secret. That is exactly what 603 is. You don’t want too many people to know about them, with the fear that the experience gets ruined and the team can’t keep up with all the work. Yet you know it would not be fair to them, so you have to let others know. The attention to detail, the pride in their work, the customer experience, and the overall automotive excellence the shop exudes is unmatched.
When you look at pictures and videos, you cannot help to think, is this place real? It seems too perfect, like reality television. But let me assure you, it is REAL. I had to make the trip (3 hours), to see for myself. All their equipment is state of the art, as is required and used in certified MB dealerships. At this point, 603 could probably charge an annual membership, just to have the access to the level of service, ease, and knowledge they provide. Sure they could entice it with a complementary annual inspection, snow tire storage, etc. but the truth is, they would not even need to.
In my opinion, MB is making a huge mistake, by not having standalone certified service centers. This is the perfect example of a MB only, independent shop, that should be factory certified. MB should have a process to sell cars direct from the factory and certified service centers that meet MB’s high standards.
