“Had Able movers do my move a few towns over. Overall it was a pretty good experience. John who came and looked at the job is a tremendous person. The company is reliable, showed up on time and professional. 2 of the movers were great guys, hardworking and were extremely professional.
Unfortunately, they had a temporary guy that just did not care. Often taking breaks, wasn’t cautious with boxes. I paid by the hour, and he prob cost be 300-400 dollars just by slacking off. At one point, he was struggling so bad with a heavy item that I had to offer assistance in which he stepped aside and let myself and another mover continue.
My advice to the company , don’t allow temporary help. They have no pride and do not care about the company and could damage such a great reputation. (I know it is hard to find good help in these times. Over pay the good ones, so you don’t lose great help)
If it wasn’t for this one guy, this company would be a 10 star all day long.”

“Easy access and no gate to deal with. Mostly visible from Rt. 13 so it's not a place for non-members to gather. Prices have slowly risen, but at this point they're still very competitive.”
“I liked them so much the first time I used them about a year ago that I came back. It's the cleanest storage I've ever been to & I've used quite a few over the last 10 years. Everyone is very helpful & friendly from start to finish. Carol, at the Merrimack NH, location called me immediately after I booked my unit & right before she was closing up for the night just to touch base. Also, they have the best prices around as I researched everywhere both times.”

“I was very impressed by the cleanliness and condition of my storage unit. I’ve stored at other places before and this is by far my favorite. Easy to access, great facility. The only issue that I’ve run into is the gate closing at 10pm. That definitely makes it less convenient when you’ve spent a long day moving!”

“Off 111 just up the street. 24-7 access to outside spaces. A bit rustic but my space was clean and well maintained. Owner very helpful. Would like more outside lights to light up area a little more. Was a little jittery being out there after dark.Area is safe and well maintained but, as a woman, would feel a little better if area was more lit, that's all”

I immediately filled out my information online, made my payment, and just like that I was all set. I was ready to move it. “We were always able to gain access. The hallways of the climate controlled units we clean and we especially like that there was a moving dolly available to get us form the outside to the interior unit. We still have units there and have no plans to change until our final move in January. The phone staff was pleasant and responsive. We would definitely recommend this facility for all of your storage needs.”
“We have been here since the facility first opened. We absolutely love it. We moved our stuff from another facility from up the street and hands down, Nashua Self Storage is so much better. The inside is always clean, has cameras, the climate control is wonderful. We’ve used the drive in to unload several times and it has been great. When we needed help, we go to the office and yes- there is an employee there to help you. Having use of public bathrooms and water fountain near our storage unit is a definite plus. The best is every time we have been there, there has been flat beds and hand trucks to use. For me personally, having AC in the summer and heat in the winter when I need to access my unit has been a game changer. I actually like going to our storage unit now.”
“So far so good. I have not been able to "move in" yet, as I have reserved a spot for the end of August. But the application and ease of reserving, not to mention the pleasant agent, Dan, was very refreshing. All has gone smoothly thus far. I do recommend them.”
“I’ve used the climate controlled section of this facility for ten years. It’s conveniently located on route 101, and inside is accessible by keypad door and at least 3 overhead doors, with wheeled trolleys available inside for moving your stuff. Lights are on timers which is planet friendly and budget sensible for keeping rates reasonable. Chris has been great with keeping the facility clean, user friendly, monitored for safety, and has been awesome at communicating whenever need be. Highly recommend.”
“I was lucky the young lady called me. Otherwise I wouldn't have had the storage.I was told they were opened on Sunday and she told me they weren't. We did everything over the phone. I signed an email agreement. I apologize I forgot her name but she was great and truly appreciate her.”

“This is my second cross-country move with Mayflower/McLaughlin, and I recommend this company enthusiastically. They had the best prices, offered a containerization option so that all my items stayed safely together for the whole trip, and provided responsive and reliable customer service from the initial estimate to the on-time delivery. Eric G was so helpful with the initial estimating and planning process and even brought me packing boxes and supplies for things I was packing myself; he was totally dependable and stayed in touch from start to finish. Lori B was great in admin and scheduling, and very accommodating to my timing constraints. The packing and delivery crews were very careful and helpful. I know so many horror stories about movers, and I’m glad to have a good experience to report to help others deal with what is usually a very stressful process. Thank you, Mayflower!”
