APS-Hollis was perfect for our storage needs! We needed to pack away some items while we prepare for a move over the summer and we were so happy with the cleanliness of the units and how easy it was to sign up for a unit to use! APS-Hollis was great at communicating and the storage facility is gated and kept well manicured and clean. We will use them again in the future!!

I have rented a 10 X 20 unit for 2 years and have had no problems or price increases in that time. No issues with security or anyone I have met there.

So I signed up and paid for a rental unit and after a very long drive I get to the gate and the code they gave me does not work. I was told there is 24 hour access so I figured when i showed up at a late hour it wouldn't be an issue.. I drove hours to get here with my things to put into the unit and can't get in or reach anyone!?! I don't even want to use this location after this massive inconvenience.. this is absolutely ridiculous!

I have only had to contact APS Storage a few times and the representatives have always been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel secure knowing they handle any issues quickly and satisfactorily.
