Kyle and Erin are fantastic hosts, accommodating, helpful, and very deep pride of place. The beach was raked each day and propane for grill ready for use. We stayed in Moose Manor with 3 adults and 1 child. It was the perfect cabin for our needs, sleeping, cooking, relaxing, TV watching with good internet connection. The accommodations are older and spartan but well maintained. The beach and fire pit area are perfect extras and hard to find in the less touristy Squam Lake area.

I have been visiting Squam and staying at The Boulders for over 5 years. Squam is a great place for a fishing trip. This year brought new owners and they did some major renovations to the rooms! I was very pleased. The owners were very accommodating with booking a room and getting back to me with all my questions. Make sure to request a dock space at time of booking, boat rentals are available from the marinas.

My family and I have been going to the Boulders for over 20 years now. My children have known nothing else for their summer vacations and have desired nothing else. They love it there and we look forward to going to the Boulders on Squam every summer. It is a beautiful location with one of the few sandy beaches to be found on Squam Lake. It’s very relaxing and everyone is so nice there. There are kayaks, paddle boards and a floating dock/raft to swim to. They also have docks if you want to bring your own boat or rent one locally.
The Boulders is close to many area restaurants, very close to the New Hampshire Science Center, which is a fun place for children, and not far from Lake Winnipesaukee. There are lots of local hiking trails, and the White Mountains are right up the road. There is so much you can do when you stay at the Boulders, or you can just relax on their beach.
The new owner is currently renovating and making upgrades to the units. Everything looks so beautiful. I cannot wait to get back there again in August for our summer family vacation!

Entire bridal party stayed at Boulder Suites to celebrate the bride and groom. Service was amazing and it was great to have everyone in the same area. Best views waking up lakeside. Perfectly weekend getaway. Also reccomend the ice cream shop that is super close by.

Had an incredible experience staying at Boulder Suites with our friends and family for our wedding weekend! The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating, and the grounds were perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and welcoming and the lake area was well-maintained and perfect for hanging out. We appreciated the ability to grab breakfast and coffee from the coffee area in the morning and some folks even rented kayaks from the Boulder office to enjoy the lake! Staying at Boulder truly made our wedding weekend even more special - we would highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

Boulder suites is the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Their website gave false info about offering breakfast-NO such thing. We needed a 2nd blanket & no one answered phone calls nor answered the door. We didn’t like being lied to.A call to the better business is on the agenda!

I have no idea how this is a 3 star hotel- or has 4.3 on Google reviews. Stunned. The room smelled horrible. Our initial reservation confirmation stated it had breakfast included. Then our final bill said “breakfast in between Memorial Day and Labor Day only.” It claimed to have a wardrobe - I guess if you count a hook on the wall it counts. They claim to have a tub, no they don’t. I barely fit in the shower and I am a small female. Shower head was falling out of the wall, cobwebs in the bathroom and windows. Carpet was very old. Walls were so thin I could hear someone snoring - on the opposite wall. It’s also on a very busy road- and window don’t close entirely- so it is noisy. The tv didn’t work. Two tiny lamps is all the light, so it is dark. Here is the worst part - no one is to be found. They leave a number on the door to call with problems- but it must be a landline because it wouldn’t accept a text or FaceTime audio. No one was there at 5 pm or 8:30 am Cell phones don’t work here - only for SMS texts. I even sent an email and it was rejected. So if something happens, you couldn’t get ahold of anyone. So overpriced. Go elsewhere.

We reached the suites at 12am and someone else was staying in the room which was allotted to us. Luckily we sat the owner and asked him to get us a new room else we wouldn’t be having anywhere to go at that time. Owner said that the room allotted to us was actually given to someone else by mistake.It was a big inconvenience for all 4 of us. Also, while booking they had shown free breakfast but apparently it was there until Labor Day so they are supposed to update this info on the portal.There was no hand wash or body wash in the bathroom as well

Extremely pathetic place to stay. We were given a room with one king size bed instead of two queen beds. The owners of the place don't care about the guests. The room that was offered to us had dust in it. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.

Dated but comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to dock our boat here, and they were flexible with check-in and check-out.
