This store is largely staffed by walking brain dead. I went there looking for a particular product. I spoke to a young man in the neat department with red hair. He made an honest effort to find it and I thank him for it. He was the only one in two trips that went out of their way to do so. He then took me to the heavy set young lady who was the evening manager. She claimed she looked it up. Oh, we don't carry it! Where would it be if you had it? Oh, Isle XX. I looked there and it could not be found. I tried Isle XXX as one more place on my own and found it. I had gone there once before and asked at the register at check out it they had the item? The three teens goofing and yaking, said what's that? I explained it to them. Oh we don't carry that! They were closer to The three stooges that the three super market clerks. I will go to Market Basket next time. It is a few more miles but cheaper and the employees are better motivated to see that you get what you came to their store to buy! SInce AB Acquisition LLC, acquired Shaw's from SUPERVALU, they have only gone way down hill and prices have gone way up!

I would not bother here, just go to rite aid or Walmart honestly. They have been so rude to me lately here. Filled a prescription recently that wasn't exactly what the dentist prescribed. No instructions no talking it over with me just come back for the rest tomorrow.I asked today if I should swallow some and was rudely told it says spit on the bottle. About a month ago I took time off from work to bring my brother in for his vaccine get here to be told sorry we rescheduled because we didn't have enough people here to open the package. And the last prescription I filled was for a uti and they gave me yeast infection medicine. They acted like I was a nuisance here today for the last time. The pharmacists at Walmart are so much friendlier.

There prices have gotten out of hand the last couple years & know there is no real competition for miles around. It's been decided that we will not shop here any longer & travel to either Aldis or Market Basket 25-30 miles away & be able to buy 2 weeks of groceries for a fraction of the price ($100-$150 or more most times)!

Shopped in this location for the first time today. I normally go to Concord. Daniel was my cashier he was very quiet but efficient however I did not like how he was being bullied by a coworker for no reason. it was very disturbing and she did not seem to care who heard her treat him so aggressively. Truly upsetting to see someone treat a person like that. During these times it is tough to get people to work and if this was my child working in conditions like this day after day, kudos to him for still showing up. I think I'll stick to going to the Concord locations.

There are not a lot of grocery stores around to choose from, this is more expensive than others in other cities and states. We travel around the country, and we needed groceries, so we had to go here. If you have a Safeway card, you can use it here. Other than that, it was clean, employees were nice, lines were long.

the store manager heidi is a wonderful soul. she is always ready to help. today i realized i had paid for an item and did not have it in my bag when i got home, heidi was ready to help and after a quick check, i walked out with the item. thanks so much for everything!

I was in a rush to get to the airport and they moved very quickly to process a change to my insurance and an adjustment to a prescription. I was on my way in under 5 minutes. I'm very appreciative. Excellent pharmacy!
