My car was scratched up on the front left and right bumpers. New England Kustom and Collision did a fantastic job on the work. Tom, the owner, is a straight shooter who tells you exactly what he can do and can't do. He is very fair in his pricing and his work is excellent. I am very pleased with the results.

We were so pleased to finally find a shop that was willing to repair my husband's truck so it could get a sticker, and are now even more so! The work was done in a timely fashion, communication was clear throughout the process, and the price was totally reasonable. They have every excuse not to finish work agreed on take for ever to get it done poor quality work still have crooked fenders and head light after 2 months waiting for work to be completed make sure to get everything in writing from these crooks

So I showed up to Kustom with a Chevy express van with a huge rusty paint bubble on the door, looked like s**** and eventually would lead me to fail inspection. I decided to get it fixed and wanted it to look perfect if I was paying someone and not DIY. Tom, the owner, assessed it and gave me an estimate. The estimate was higher than other shops in the area but I knew that going in from the other reviews and word of mouth. I decide to go with his shop and schedule the repair. Monday, the day I'm supposed to drop off the van rolls around, and I give a call into the shop just to confirm. Tom says he can't do it this week, and reschedules me for next Monday. I drop off the van the following Monday, and get the van back Thursday. Two phone calls to communicate status and progress in the mean time. The repair looks flawless to me and Tom stated he would stand behind the work if I had any trouble again. He took the time to even show me pictures and explained what the process was. There is a considerable amount of time and effort put into preparation with any paint work, and it is evident they do not cut corners here. Expensive, but flawless repair and excellent customer service. I'd recommend this shop if you're looking for your car to look exactly how it was from the factory and are willing to pay for it.

Can't say.. I do know they work hard and my family has been using them for years. For me, I'm kind of on a rush schedule with my insurance co. So it's been like quite a bit to get an estimate.

Part of our rock wall fell on our car, so this was an insurance claim. This was the second or third time that we turned to Tom and his team from New England Kustom & Collision, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Toward the end of his work, when he found out that my son and I were about to take a long road trip, he told us that our tires needed to be replaced and he wouldn't drive much further to Manchester let alone down to Maryland on the current set of tires. Since we were leaving in a day, he took care of calling around town, finding the right tires, having them installed and paying the bill -- all so that I didn't have to worry about a thing as I prepared to leave for vacation! I just had to show-up at his shop and pay one bill. He's the best! Both in terms of the work that he does and the customer service he provides!!!!!Service: Painting

Lived in New Hampshire for two weeks when I killed my first deer ... on Route 9 driving south between Hillsboro and Henniker. Since I always have insurance on my cars, this accident was covered.I had the car towed to Kustom Collission and negotiated with Tom for work from the accident and some pre-existing damage not covered by insurance.He did a fantastic job fixing everything and blending it ... and followed up after he was paid to file supplemental work that he couldn’t do so had no motivation except his business reputation.That’s the kind of person I want to do business with!

Tom was able to get me in very quickly to have my leased vehicle detailed and scratches buffed out of the hood. The work was fantastic and the price was great, but what was even better was their customer service and their kindness. I live in town and I put off scheduling this service because I knew it would be an all day affair and didn't want to take the day off from work. They were able to take me home and pick me back up when my service was completed. This made it possible for me to work from home and also get my car done. This was my first going here and it won't be my last. It's great to have amazing local businesses to support in a small town. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful local family business that does great work at a reasonable price. Most importantly they're honest and informative, they took time to get up under my car and draw up an accurate estimate. The damages and repairs were explained to me in detail, along with what I could expect in the future. Cannot stress enough how well I was treated and the customer service was top notch. Would highly recommend and return for any body work needs in the future.

I took my wife's car here for a shopping list of dents and dings. You can read all the reviews you like but it's still a gamble when you hand over your car keys. I did read some reviews before choosing this shop. I was relieved when I saw the results. The work was exceptional, Tom and his staff were polite and professional. The one thing I really appreciated was that there were some minor things and Tom explained what it would cost and let me decide if it was worth it to have it addressed. One thing Tom looked at was simple...to him at least. He told me he would do it, no charge. Sorry Tom, I don't want to advertise that you do stuff for free but I think it really shows what a sincere & honest businessman you are. I am planning on taking my Jeep here soon for some work. I can't say enough about this shop. I think if you use them, you will be just as pleased as I was.
