I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jane. She helped me sell my uncle's home from two states away and lemme tell you it was complicated. But that didn't slow Jane done. She got e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g squared away, listed and sold with no hiccups. Jane is a total pro. I've bought and sold several homes but have never experienced this level of professionalism, responsiveness or ease of doing business.

You guys want a rockstar realtor, that’s on top of her game, and will get the job done no matter what it takes? I highly recommend Jane Williams! She helped us purchase our first home nearly 8 years ago, and just helped us sell that house!! She then went absolutely above and beyond to help us find a wonderful piece of property, to be able to build the next home of our dreams. She’s not afraid to put her foot odown when things need to get done and we so appreciate her time and tenacity to get those things done as quickly and smoothly as possible! Would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

So this is a long overdue review.....That being said, let's dive in!!! First of all I want to say that Riki Folliard is an amazing agent. I asked her to look into dozens of homes and lands. For almost a year I hounded her, AND she got back to me right away. THAT WAS HUGE!!! Riki is professional, patient, understanding and totally on the ball. Ive worked with people who were a complete disorganized mess. You won't get that with her. Her paperwork is spot on, her professionalism was impeccable, and I highly recommend her!!!!

Jane Williams was phenomenal, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She's extremely knowledgeable and will work tirelessly to get you what you need. She was able to get us nearly $25K off the original asking price
