Hillsboro for today great job with fixing my truck after the driveshaft was broken. It took almost 9 weeks to get the part we needed because of the supply chain in the world is broken. I would highly recommend dealing with Travis when you go for service he did an outstanding job working with me to get my truck back on the road. If I had to rate the supply chain problems with Ford I would rate them as a one. I fully believe that Hillsboro Ford has an outstanding employee in Travis. He treat you with respect dignity and is empathetic to your Plight.

Everyone at Hillsboro Ford has been professional, helpful and friendly. While I was waiting for my Bronco I ordered, they were very responsive to my email requests for information. I belong to a Bronco forum and some members complained about some dealers not being forthcoming with railcar info and other information needed to track their orders but not Hillsboro Ford. They honored the price and were helpful through the entire process. I definitely recommend these folks.

Drove from 6 hours away to buy our new truck here. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Evan, Becky and Christian were all wonderful to work with. Communication was immediate and pleasant, always. Gave us a deal worth driving 6 hours for. We will be back and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Scheduled a SI & Oil change and had to change the date 2 days before. They were able to move me back to later in that day which was perfect. Happened to park the Mustang GT in there lot right at 16,000.0 miles kinda funny.

My son Tyler and I found a F-350 chassis we liked and made the call, Mark was great to deal with, we went there and picked out the dump body we wanted installed and gave a list of all the changes we wanted done and everyone worked to make it happen, they kept us posted on the build from sending us pictures and accommodating our changes along the way to make us happy, and they even finished the truck faster than they estimated as they knew we needed it, couldn’t be happier with our whole experience with Hillsboro Ford they will be our first call with our future purchases..

Friendly customer service, but after 4 tries I had to switch Ford dealerships in order to get my differential issue resolved. It needed replacement as I have known for almost a year now.
