A trip to Harrisville is always a treat. You walk into the store and all that comes to mind is deliciousness. Wonderful staff who are so knowledgeable. I live in NH and always look forward to going.

Oh my, such a great place! If you're a weaver OR a knitter/crocheter, you won't be disappointed. The first floor loom I got to work on was a 1977 4-shaft direct tie up HD loom, and it was a dream. I hope to eventually get an 8 shaft. You can try out those looms plus the big rug loom (or maybe just look at the big loom, I think). They teach classes, they have amazing lines of yarn - theirs and others. Well worth a stop for any fiber fan.

From the cedar to the paint, epoxy finish and design, we love it all! Communication was excellent in helping to create exactly what we wanted! This is a sign for Camp but we'll be back for a sign for the house!

I love to visit this store. Harrisville is a fun destination. It’s nice to stop by the general store and get lunch and enjoy the views. The staff at Harrisville Designs is friendly, curious and very helpful. They have a great selection of woolly wool yarns - their own brand and other yarns spun at the mill such as Brooklyn Tweed. They also carry potholder looms and loops, gift items and some knitting books and magazines. It’s definitely worth the trip.

Fantastic staff in the retail and class settings, so helpful and friendly. The store is a fiber artist's mecca filled with all sorts of top-quality thread, yarn, and fleece as well as accessories, books, patterns, tools, kits, and of course, looms - from lap looms to large floor looms. The beginner weaving class is fantastic - we were weaving on the first day after learning how to set our looms up with our yarns.

I ordered online multiple balls of fiber for felting. Due to the holidays I didn't expect the order to be filled and sent out so quickly. In fact, I would have happy to get my order early in the new year BUT not our did it arrive before the end of the year it arrived a day earlier than predicted! it made my week! thank you!

Harrisville products are wonders. The loop colors are so vibrant! It’s hard to pick a favorite. I wish they offered other colors in the five pound size other than white!!

I just don't understand how an online order could take 7 - 10 days to ship from the day the order was received. Even a short-staffed business should be able to do better than this. How long does it take to put a few skeins of yarn in a USPS pre-paid box? One employee paid one hour of overtime should be able to get you caught up. If it's this difficult to find some efficiencies in the name of customer service, maybe it's better to pause your online retailing until you can actually keep up.
