The two middle-aged white women employees are the rudest and most condescending people I've interacted with. I miss Steve, and I would rather drive to a different post office than deal with such awful people.

If you need anything delivered properly and in a timely manner in the Upper Valley, don't bother. Skip this post office and their services. Much easier to deliver it yourself if within a 15-minute radius of Hanover. They managed to botch a simple delivery and return to sender of a certified letter sent to another address in town. Next time I'll save the $4.33 and will deliver it myself. Too much hassle and too many excuses. In this case, service was not properly carried out. A long-time customer who realizes that the post office isn't what it used to be. In short, do it yourself -- if you can -- and save yourself time and money. Should have been offered a refund on the spot. Too much hassle for a simple request. Postmaster full of excuses, not a willingness to rectify the situation.

the services are fine. But on a recent visit TWO of 3 employees in the room were wearing masks improperly, covering only their mouths (sort of.) There is now a national mask mandate for all federal property. when I mentioned this to the youngest employee, he smirked and said, "We haven't received that mandate. I am tired of people being lackadaisical about health measures we KNOW can control the pandemic. I will not go to this post office again until I am fully immunized.

Submitted a hold request in person at the post office. Called again to make sure that it will be held. Tracked the package and says it’s delivered to my address instead of being held at the post office. Supervisor took care of it but 2 stars for making this such a pain

Local central post office location. It offers all of the conveniences of a big branch in a small town. They also have a separate office and hours for passport process.

They didn't deliver the parcel at the right address, still the tracking # showed delivered !!!! And did not take responsibility. When called in the morning, he said call in the evening. When called in the evening, nothing was done.

Friendly staff. Avoid the lunch and rush hours.
