Worst experience ever. Ordered a keg a week ago and they didn’t have it available when I arrived to pick it up.Cashier got mad because I asked for my money back and gave me a hard time saying “we didn’t pay beforehand”.And the worst part of it, RACIST CASHIER!

Absolutely Terrible! When a price is marked wrong, you either HONOR the price or APOLOGIZE for the mistake. Instead of apologizing for the error and offering some sort of compromise, they were incredibly rude and condescending. Cashier told me to go get a beer somewhere else, when CLEARLY I'm getting SELTZERS! :|

This is without question the most hostile and unhelpful vendor I have encountered during my many years of visiting Hanover. Don't give them your business, you'll have a better time putting toothpicks under your nails and running full steam into a wall. Really rude, nasty people, no regard for their customers or customer service.

Would give 10 stars if I could. I have been looking for a particular drink since I moved here to NH and have been struggling to find it. I called here with my hopes and expectations low as I have yet to find this drink in New Hampshire.Stinson quickly changed my mind. He was ever so kind and patient and took the time to look for what I needed, and went far out of his way to help me get it. He treated me like a long time customer which is exactly the vibe I appreciate in little stores like this.I would recommend this store to anyone looking for A+ customer service with their purchase. Thank you Stinson's!

I love Stinsons! Not a lot of stores like this around anymore. Jack Stinson Jr. can be a little scatter brained and a bit thoughtless to the staff sometimes, (especially on Wednesday Friday and Saturday when they are usually super busy) so, if you find him or his employees a little rude, that is why...just take it in stride. It’s a great little place with selections most stores do not have.

Best place in town for your deli, beer etc. needs. BBQ catering is so reasonable, you can't possibly choose another vendor. Easy to work with and reliable.

To the Rude woman behind the register, you are a miserable person and you deliberately tried to ruin our experience there. We were simply looking for wine and cheese. You have no knowledge of anything for sale there and you refused to be polite. As we were in town for a funeral, you hurt our already broken hearts. YOU should be FIRED! Sunday early evening was our visit...just let her go....she's horrible for business!
