Staff is well-trained, even new employees. I have a pre-formatted intermittent order that I place with them, and their turnaround time is good. Plus, these people are quick studies: they get to know me quickly, and can associate me with my standing order, which is so helpful and reassuring. Use them for high quality copies and prints if you are in the Upper Valley of NH and VT, to work or study.
