We recently moved to Hanover and I can’t say enough about the CVS in town! Coming from Manhattan, I really appreciate having a 24 hour CVS in town. Being greeted warmly as if I am a local walking in is so welcoming! Being able to ask anyone where to find something and that any CVS employee directing me exactly where I will find my product is full customer service right there! Last but not least they are a UPS drop off so I could return my item after hours on a Saturday on July 4th weekend….Not sure what more one can ask for.

Have attempted to get a prescription refill 3 times on 3 separate days and each time they 'lost the refill order'. I get they're overworked, but such low levels of competency in filling medication is extremely concerning.

The pharmacy department was very helpful and has improved immensely with little to no wait times when picking up.

Intentionally understaffed. Want to waste your time? Get your Rx filled at CVS. I feel bad for the people behind the counter.

Pharmacy techs and pharmacist need to work on their customer service. Seems when there is an issue they take no initiative in contacting your doctors office. So glad I only had to come here one time. If I could give negative stars I would.

I picked up my medication after 30 minutes of waiting. I didn't get any instructions on the medication, and it turns out that it needed to be refrigerated. I realized it after I left it at room temperature for a day. They say they won't give me a replacement.

They will NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. It is a nightmare trying to get any information from them.

Went to pick up medications after being on hold for half an hour the day before, got there, stood in line for twenty minutes and then was told that it was being “put up” and to go to the back of the line again and come back in twenty MORE minutes. Horrible customer service and clearly understaffed. Would give zero stars if I could

Don’t even try calling this place they will literally never ever answer. Save your time and switch to another pharmacy that actually has customer service and knows how to answer a god damn phone.
