Have attempted to get a prescription refill 3 times on 3 separate days and each time they 'lost the refill order'. I get they're overworked, but such low levels of competency in filling medication is extremely concerning.

The pharmacy department was very helpful and has improved immensely with little to no wait times when picking up.

Intentionally understaffed. Want to waste your time? Get your Rx filled at CVS. I feel bad for the people behind the counter.
