I just got word that this branch is closing. They had excellent customer service, particularly long time employee Matt. We moved away a few years ago, never thought I would feel sad about a particular branch closing but this one was really great due to its employees.

After calling the Lebanon branch several and getting no answer I decided to call the Hanover branch. The young lady picked up on the first ring and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Nice to see.

Citizens Bank is a pretty good bank. The people in the Hanover branch are great. Sometimes the 800 number agents aren't that helpful or knowledgeable but Matt in Hanover is amazing!
